d way it works is dat there will be a time u will visit that market and there will no cow meat, no chicken(cos of too much demand due to no cow meat) and u will have to get to d market to queue as early as 5am to be able to buy chicken or fish (mostly imported). there's always a ripple effect with this type of occurrence..

I am into pepper business, and I tell you for free that, between July to Nov most of the tomatoes you will see on western markets especially is Yoruba tomatoes. The chilli pepper from the west is the best , even hause sellers confirm it, the shelf life is nothing compared to that of the north.
Palm oil, plantain, rice , garri, fish, chickens , cucumbers and some others don't all come from the north only.
