Career / Re: Female, Wants To Be An Engineer? by realFXpips(m): 1:28pm On Jun 28, 2008 |
I would rather watch my little daughters pulling memory chips off a computer CPU on a table than watching them walking around a construction site in helmets!! Personally, I would encourage any girl wishing to study engineering to go for the "soft engineering" like computers, electronics, production, biogenetics, materials, etc than "hard engineering" like structural, civil, electrical, etc. By hard I don't mean degree of difficulty since all engineering courses essentially apply maths, physisc, chemistry, etc but the extent of field work involved. I believe men are more suited for the hard engineering courses than women. Just my lone opinion. Cheers! |

If you google "computing," I'm sure you'll find more than you'll have time to read. Cheers! |
Adverts / Re: Get Jobs Nd Get Paid With Cheques by realFXpips(m): 5:47pm On Jun 27, 2008 |
Watch it bro, these paid survey stuff are a waste of time. I wasted so much time on every kind of paid survey before I got wise. Why not try the new craze - forex or stocks? I really mean well and won't like to see another Nigerian waste the kind of time and money I did on those paid surveys stuff. Cheers! |

Politics / Re: Why Is The Eastern Region The Only Region Without An Airport? by realFXpips(m): 5:36pm On Jun 27, 2008 |
Could Seastone have meant an International Airport? Don't we have airports in Enugu, Calabar, Port Harcourt and Owerri? Can you clarify please? Cheers! |
Politics / Re: Nigeria Without It's Vast Oil Reserves by realFXpips(m): 5:28pm On Jun 27, 2008 |
Necessity they say is the mother of invention. When the crude oil reserves run out Nigerians will look inward and develop the vast untapped human and material resources of their country which have been largely neglected because of the quick crude cash we get from crude oil. The oil boom is really a development doom to Nigeria. Cheers! |
