Fashion / Re: At What Age Can A Girl Start Using Make-up? by Romulus(m): 12:50pm On Oct 05, 2006
Y'all may bite me 4 this but you can kiss my ____ cus TRUTH IS SO BITTER! Some gals don't even look at the mirror to see how terribly PAINTED their faces are and end up looking like masquerades after using their different stuff. The ones that claim to look at the mirrors see themselves as pretty after panel-beating here and there, are just blind or ignorant. One thing they don't know is these mixtures are the things that make them look 67 when they are 27(CHEMICALS AND PRESERVATIVES ALL OVER THE PLACE). I don't know they use make-ups in the first place. My girlfreind knows, wherever she is now, that I wouldn't kiss her if she has blood or ororo on her lips. The most annoying one is that eye pencil or wat ever they call it. They go as far as shaving the eye brow and replace it with the terrible eye-pencil-drawn arc. They now look like JEZEBELS. Its so terrible. Some of them look good after the whole thing though, but a lot of 'em look awkward. It's realy beta to leave your face the way it is and it would surprise you wat THE LORD HAS DONE! I'm not a pastor o and i'm not that religious but i know "rights" from "wrongs".
Computers / Re: AMD vs Intel: Which Is Better? by Romulus(m): 12:18pm On Oct 05, 2006
I suggest the use of a processor with a 2nd level cache of >=1MB. That should be ok for our "bros java programmer" and he should make sure the processor and the RAM clock the same freq. (I mean front side bus and ram clock speed should be same)

TV/Movies / Re: Nigeria has a Satellite in Orbit! (NigeriaSat-1) by Romulus(m): 12:11pm On Oct 05, 2006
Patriotic Nigerian! What has your country done to curb the drying up of Lake Chad! Why couldn't your Nig SAT-1 detect a plane crash site, as wild as the explosion was? And infact, isn't it so ironic that your satellite is monitoring a neighboring country instead of yours. That shit is a mere toy. I don't need to talk too much. Read about your Nigeria SAT-1(nick SAT-1) then you know wat im talking about. To SAT 2, lets hope it isn't a liability.

Computers / Re: AMD vs Intel: Which Is Better? by Romulus(m): 10:28am On Oct 05, 2006
Anutha mistake you guys are making is this. Most of these AMD processors you guyz talk about are 64 bit chips. Why would they noe perform better than their intel non-counterparts. Check your facts before comparing!!

TV/Movies / Re: Nollywood Script Available by Romulus(m): 10:04am On Oct 05, 2006
Hey! you better keep you script from those nollywood guys berfore they razzen it up for you and call i a movie. It actually better to wait till you got the right people(definitly not nollywood) till you advertise your script. If it is as good as you say it is, its worth waiting but if its lame, give it to them. A word is enough.
Computers / Re: Linux or Windows Operating System? by Romulus(m): 10:01am On Oct 05, 2006
Hey y'all. Simple truth is this. Fine, Linux is a very good operating system. You know, considering all that networking and security shit. I agree cuz i use it, but when is comes to doing the pc job and versatility, Windows isn't bad as well. Linux users all act like they neva started with windows. They just always want to boast of that psycological difference which is not what an ordinary pc user is after. I ain't taking sides tho' but its not like Windows is a bad as people say it is and the thing is those people that SHOUT about Linux have probably not used it or even exploited its real power. O.S na O.S abeg. Linux or Windows.

NB: Can you run Unreal Tournament 2004 on your UBUNTU?

Linux user, Answer now?
Computers / Re: Where To Get Software For A Macintosh? by Romulus(m): 9:48am On Oct 05, 2006
How can you wake up one day, go to the store, buy a mac and you're happy with yourself? You have just imprisoned yourself into a dark world you don't know of. You're really a victim. Lets see just a few of problems you gonna face: O.S upgrade, O.S. availability, O.S. performance, O.S. security, Program Compartibility. Hardware compartibility, tech support just to mention a few. See man, you in deep shit. Solution is: simply junk that shit and get urself a PC, say an alienware since you got so much money to spend!!!!

Computers / Re: AMD vs Intel: Which Is Better? by Romulus(m): 9:41am On Oct 05, 2006
Hey dude. Don't get confused by all the crap sum guys have been saying. How can you say AMD 3200+ is equivalent to Intel's Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz. Thats so stupid. Is it cuz they both have "32" or wat? 3200+ has a clock speed of 2.2GHz not 3.2. Well to the AMD vs Intel aspect. AMD processors are hard workers while intel processors are trail blazers. Intel is after speed and AMD is after peformance. It's not like Intel processors too don't perform, yeah, they do but they are not as good as AMD. The real truth is actually beyond those figures you see in your GUI and the boxes of those products. I mean, talking about processes per clock(PPC), pipeline bursts and all that stuff. This is when you can actually know how well processors perform. CHEERS!!!!!!!!11
TV/Movies / Re: The Gardener's Daughter: TV Soap Opera by Romulus(m): 9:30am On Oct 05, 2006
NIGERIANS AND MEDIOCRITY!!! You people and all the nonsense you die for, all in the name of watching sopa operas. I can't believe people still actually watch all this rubbish soaps after all the weak ones they have been watching since the inception of stupid TV stations themselves. Nigerian TV has riddicled the TV as an invention with all the crap they show when they are supposed to be entertaining viewers. The annoying thing is that some viewers enjoy these crappy programmes. This shows how much of shit they have been fed with, they don't even know wat good qaulity programmes are. Later, some idiot would come on TV tell me Nollywood (an extremely razz name!) films are the most viewed all over the world. Yeah, thats because people all over the world want to know Drug Pushers dat call themselves actors and actresses. I know this situation cannot be changed coz it has eaten too deep into the brains of the victims. Only GOD can help them.

Cheers

Computers / Re: Know How To Use Bittorrent? by Romulus(m): 9:03am On Oct 05, 2006
Just download the app, install it, configure the connection setting to work with the conncetion you have, (i.e proxy or direct conncetion). If you don't do this, you'll just kepe gettiing a "connceting" message and nothing would download. After configuring, go to any site that has torrent files, download the torrent files and run these files with your bittorrent application. When you run the files, your computer is connected to the peers that have packets of the stuff you want to download and you begin to download your ass out! I attached some torrents to this post. You can try them, ok! Oh sorry they don't accept torrents. You are on your own now,

Hey! I don't think you guys know wat exacty a sattelite is or wat its supposed to do. YOU CALL SAT 1 (this crappy toy) A SATELLITE? That thing is just anutha channel to feed sum hungry mouths. The "1000x optical zoom lens" supposed camera is probably not as good as your eye. This toy is not something to be happy about. The launchers or should i say "makers" actually think we all are block heads in Nigeria. They think we are just going to be delighted about a "Satellite". Nah men! It does work day way.
