This is a common problem, that happens when the USB 1.0 and USB 2.0 is miss configured in the system BIOS. During your next reboot go into your BIOS settings and make sure that the USB option is set to Auto or Compatible. This will automatically tell the computer to switch to the USB version that your using, or you can the Load Default BIOS settings and then try again. Good luck! |

Hello my friend from around the corner. I have been working with cafes some years back and I'll advice you not to go into that business. It is very stress full one and the cost of running the business is high. 1. There is little or no power supply in Nigeria. 2. The cost of maintaining your computer systems. 3. Paying your workers. 4. Miscellaneous expenditures. All of the above, then you'll ask yourself how much are you selling tickets. Think about it. Then get back to me. Cheers! |

If you want to stop network broadcasting on a single workstation, then you need a third party software such as Kerio Personal Firewall. You can download a trial version at (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,22932-order,4-page,1/reviews.html). Once you've done that, you'll need to follow these steps (After you've downloaded and installed the software: Step 1: Right click on, program icon, located at the bottom right corner of your task panel, and select "Configuration" Step 2: Select "Network Security" on the left hand column, the click on "Predefined" tab. Step 3: In the "Predefined" tab deny both options for the broadcast settings. You can also block other ICMP packets including PING in! ![]()

WOW! That sounds like the classic symptoms of "w32 rontokbro Virus". You should try to use a different type of Anti Virus, such as McAfee, Norton, etc, I use McAfee. Secondly recommend that you keep you anti virus system up-to-date because your anti virus software is only as good as its last update. Updates are made available at least once in a week. Cheers! |
