Eat more of beans, unripe plantain, vegetable, boiled potato (sweet is healthier than irish), eat wheat bread instead of white bread. Boil your egg and throw out the yolk instead of frying it

1.eat ur dinner as early as 7
2.avoid carbonated drinks at all cost,plus fatty foods
3.start brisk walking 40mins at least 4tyms a week.
4.drink lots of water
