lunch lettuce and banana smoothie.
3 lettuce leaves
1finger large banana
1 apple
2 scoops greek yougourt
Quarter cup almond milk
Quarter cup tiger nut milk
2 tomatoes
1 leaf spinach.
I used sweetened almond milk,d taste was yummy.
Blend and drank chilled.
I ve lost 6kgs todate.
