Surefunmioluwa,my dear honestly in my own opinion,i think excercise n diet modification is d best.dere r no two ways abt it.
Pple have talked abt pills bt most r nt gud for ttc.i think u shuld try this.
1.eat ur dinner as early as 7
2.avoid carbonated drinks at all cost,plus fatty foods
3.start brisk walking 40mins at least 4tyms a week.
4.drink lots of water
Also wen loosin weight,u wil lose inches in all parts of d body.lyk me,my tummy was 48inches(serious)bt its nw 44inches so it works.

@sure i second iyabetajos....you may also cut out fat from your food. Use olive oil if at all you must

Eat more of beans, unripe plantain, vegetable, boiled potato (sweet is healthier than irish), eat wheat bread instead of white bread. Boil your egg and throw out the yolk instead of frying it
