Hahaha @ iyabeta yes sweet okpa is gud for weightloss,gives feeling of fullness and its porotein,but the oil must be lil,remember,like the type we hav in nsukka,wow,the oil drips lik morning dew.that type is delicious especially when its wrapped in plantain leaf,its got lots of nsukka pepper,soft nd served hot.woooow,mm am salivating,anyway this type isnt gud 4 weightloss,the diffrence is d quantity of oil,best okpa 4 weight loss contains less oil because of fat nd cholesterol.hv fun sweedies.i hvnt bn logging,haha,well i find it difficult to stick to diet plans.will kip u posted though.@muma,we dint tackle iyabeta,we where just amazed @ d quantity.hahaha

do my cous cous lyk jollof rice.i do d sauce,put water or stock,wen it
starts boilin,i put d cous cous n allow to cook max five minutes on low
heat.i also steam my carrots,greenbeans n peas on top.some pple just
cook d cous cous separate n eat with sauce/stew.tried it bt i didnt
really enjoy it.am sorry dis is comin late.also i cook it with fish or meat.
my log yesterday breakfast-greentea.lunch-ijebugarri wit groundnuts,dinner-big bowl of fruits n 1hour@d gym.

I worked out for an hour today (insanity workout)

Iv decided to also give Meformin a third and final try...im taking it with pregnacare conception only this cycle
