As a matter of fact, the quote you gave me is well over the top compared with other agents and the pre-order option. The 2011 and 2012 are not the same body because when we talk of face lift, the headlights,rear lights and grille will fit into any model given a face lift but you will agree with me that the shape of the headlights, rear lights and the grille of the 2012 model is entirely different to the 2011 model so much so that it cannot fit into one another. Basically, the 2012 model is entirely different to the 2011 both in exterior and interior configurations. The body looks similar though. Thanks |

ademlabi: @ Taketwo, 4.2m for 2009 ML350, 3.2m for 09 Seqouia. Landing costs to Lagos with custom duty inclusive. The picture of the Mercedes-Benz ML350 4Matic shown above is not year 2009. 2009 models have a red reflective at the left and right corner of the rear bumper. The shape of the tail of the exhaust is also indicative of the fact that the car in the picture is most likely 2007. I do believe that for you to quote a correct price, you must present the correct year model that I asked for. Thanks |

ademlabi: Make your enquiries and let us fix an appointment to visit Cotonou Demola, I think there's a typographical error in the quote you gave me for the black exterior 2009 TOYOTA SEQUOIA LTD 4X4 as you quoted 28M Naira for it or is it N2.8M which in my opinion is too low. As for the black exterior MERCEDES-BENZ ML350 4MATIC you gave a quote of N3.5M which I also think is too low. Please take note that the two vehicles should have clean titles and the prices quoted is with valid Custom duty paid with delivery to Lagos. Please let me know the correct price ASAP. Thanks. |

crisycent: You don't need these high tuition fees to become brilliant, if you are able to attend a decent school, hire a private tutor if need be and read your books, my broda nobody is born dull or brilliant. True talk! My daughter graduated with a first class in Finance and Accounting in a reputable university in the U.K and yet she attended a public primary school, secondary school and college for her A levels all in the U.K. She's been made to realise since when she was a toddler that educational excellence can only be achieved through hard work. You cannot pay over the odds for your kid's education without motivation and input from you the parent and yet expect your kid to achieve academic excellence. 2 Likes |

SangoCrusader: Hello guys, hope this post is still alive. I remember that I sounded a note of warning to prospective subscribers of Lekki Gardens sometimes ago but unfortunately due to the attack inflicted on Nairaland, the thread in which I gave the warning has been lost. I still fervently believe that the delivery time-table drawn up by the promoters of Lekki Gardens is unrealistic because when I visited the estate in November 2013 they were selling phase 3 aggressively and promising to deliver in 6 months for those that made outright payment. Meanwhile, they have not got anywhere near delivering phase 2 and yet they were cheekily taking money for phase 3 which the only thing they were doing is clearing the site. I had the feeling that the guys were just preying on the subscribers who are desperate to invest in their estates. It looked like a ponzi to me and I was not comfortable with them and as such I couldn't toy with my hard earned cash with a project I didn't believe in. Some people claimed that they believed in the promoters of the estate as they have made a deposit for their property, maybe those people will come on board to confirm the delivery or not of their house or flat. 4 Likes |

helpee: lol. Na the society wey we find ourselves my brother. Nobody is trustworthy nowadays. Unless u are a politician, if u leave everything out as a contract, u may not be able to finish your building project in years. By the special grace of God, we bought this property early this year with ten million naira and so far we have spent over 5million on it and if not for close supervision, we won't be able to do that. It will interest you to know that we have been building with our daily income so we must be prudent. Our target is to finish by march next year...we started may this year. I must confess that it is not easy but God is faithful shar Helpee, I've been silently following your thread for some time and I must commend you for the good job you are doing on this forum.
