A player who was heavily marked by 3 standby defenders. No clear chance was given to him in that game.

Health / Ways To Tackle Depression Effectively. by Teegreat(m): 12:39pm On Jan 17, 2013
Exercise and Depression

Depression is so common most of us have either experienced it or know more than one person who has. Medication and therapy are common treatments, but exercise is another tool that can bring relief. Study after study has shown that exercise can fight mild to moderate depression because it:

Increases your sense of mastery, which helps if you don't feel in control of of your life
Increases your energy
Increases self-esteem
Provides a distraction from your worries
Improves your health and body, which can help lift your mood
Helps you get rid of built-up stress and frustration
Helps you sleep better, which can often be a problem when you're depressed
It may seem impossible to get moving when you feel depressed and you may wonder, why bother? One reason is that you can get some immediate relief, even if you can only manage 10 or 15 minutes of exercise. Some studies have shown that exercise can improve your mood for up to 12 hours. The question is, how can you overcome the inertia that often accompanies depression?

Keep It Simple

The problem with depression is that it drains your energy, making every task seem like a monumental effort. Part of moving past that draining fatigue is taking that first step, whether it's putting on your workout clothes or getting out the dog's leash for a walk. Keeping it simple and doable will make it easier to get started.

Set simple goals.

It doesn't take much exercise to lift your mood, so you don't have to train for a marathon. Set a goal to walk around the block. Promise yourself you'll walk around the block at least 3 times that day. The next day, do more. Try to improve just a little bit each day.

Go easy on yourself.

You might not be able to handle a lot of exercise, so try to feel good about what you can do. Whether you get out and work in the yard, take the dog for a walk or go up and down the stairs a few times, it all counts. Now is not the time to kick yourself.

Do what you usually enjoy.

When you're depressed, it's hard to enjoy anything, but think about what you normally like when you're not depressed. If yoga feels good to you, spend a few minutes going through a few simple poses. If you like fresh air, go for a walk or a bike ride. You may not enjoy it in the moment, but even a small change in your mood can make a difference.

Make it social.

Try to find a friend to walk with. Talking to people can help raise your energy and remind you that you're not alone.
Go outside. Even a little sunshine can help boost your mood and remind you that there's a world out there. You can participate in it as much as you can handle.

Work with your doctor.

Be sure to talk to your doctor about your treatment options and your plans to exercise. He or she may be able to refer you to someone who can help you set up an exercise program.

Am not having problems with you analysis, that MR President is nimrod or Pharaoh or whatever because you guys have candid points, but the analysis of christ will come during Obama's tenure. He(christ) could come tomorrow or a day after Obama's presidential tenure expires.
Anyway, CHRIST IS COMING SOON, AND I MEAN VERY SOON.
Religion / Do We Still Have Valiant Youth As These Ones? by Teegreat(m): 12:31pm On Nov 15, 2012
From one of the monthly issue of standfirm- FIND YOUR PATH.
"When we began planning for passion Twenty Ten, we had thought in our minds: that a generation would awaken said Gilglio. "We're not just at an event or a conference with really cool bands. There is a heartbeat here, and that heartbeat is that you and I would awaken to the same thing: that it's good to trade something small for something huge. And that something small is the life that you and I 'run' and that we would trade that in for alife that is part of a grand epic that is God. That we would awaken to the face of Jesus."
In addition to worship, students also came to passion twenty ten prepared to impact the world through Do Something Now, a campaign birthed @ passion '07 with a mission to wed worship and justice. The campaign empowers syudents to personally connect and invest in the lives of people from the world for glory of God. As a small picture of that, students and volunteers registered with towels and socks in hand to donate to 55 of Atlanta homeless shelters.
"Whether they know what passion is all about or not" said Giglio of those receiving the items,"they will know that followers of christ have been here."
Located in "Go Center" in the Georgia World congress Center, the campaign is era where each student interact with and choose to support any 12 global causes that resonate by giving their time and resources. The goal was to raise $500,000 in global aid. The students where challanged to collect and pledge monies to bring clean water to Guatemala, rescue women from the sex trade in India, crush the injustice toward Dalit people, feed 100,000 starving children, fund surgeries for children with cleft palates in war torn Afghanistan, and more.
By the end of the conference they exceeded their goal $500,000 giving a total of $1,337,194.
The goal is to be more like Jesus. We want to be the ones who shine like stars who hold onto and hold out the Word of Life" said Giglio.
My point is this: DO WE STILL HAVE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE ZEALOUS UNTO GOOD WORKS?. Remember. By their fruit we shall know them.

1John4:10 herein is love, not that we love God, but that he loved us, and sent is Son to be propitation for our sin.
God showed his love while we are not yet repentant, he gave us life.
God what us to reciprocate this love. You should love people, without them working to earn your love.
Nice post @OP

It is here again!!! The Redeemed Christian Church of God Annual Congress.
Theme: Signs and Wonders.
Date: 10-15 december, 2012
Venue: Redeemption camp, along Lagos/ Ibadan express way.
It is an avenue for you to learn about signs and wonders, how wonders can be done through u without running about looking for who to pray for you. In fact, God will do wonders through that programme.
JESUS is calling you, bro and sis, you need God's sign, you need wonders and miracles.

Religion / Re: Religious View On Trans-sexuality? by Teegreat(m): 3:57pm On Nov 09, 2012
When God created Adam, he later created eve.
Before he destroyed the world with water eight people were spared 4 male and 4 female.
Adam said to eve this is a replica of my bone and flesh. The moment you were created a male there is a female divinely made for u and vice versa. The moment you change your gender to the opposite sex, your divine replica becomes lonely or odd one out. Simply changing you sex(gender) means you are disrupting the plan of divinity which you can't control, or we can see disrupting the plan of continuity. Whichever way u see it is wrong spiritually. Romans1:27 will explain better.
What do you think about it? Voice it out.

Is it that the people here are too spiritual that they don't know anything about transsexuality?
Religion / Religious View On Trans-sexuality? by Teegreat(m): 11:38am On Nov 09, 2012
Trans sexuality is the strong desire for the physical characteristics and gender role of the opposite seX.
It also means undergoing hormonal and surgical change to the other opposite sex.
Anyway, medically it is a sexual deviation and I want to believe that religion will have a say on this topic. Please feel free to express your opinion and state your religious believeon this matter.
