I've never ever denied my Igboness but my mother is from Rivers State and I grew up with her. How can I envy myself? I'm from an oil producing area in Imo State and my support for Amaechi has never for once been in doubt. The only issues I've ever disagreed with him on is the monorail project and the private jet. Calling Ateke and repentant militants to lead a protest against a sitting Governor is like calling Shekau(Boko Haram) and other repentant Boko Haram leaders to stage a protest against Borno future Governor. Only a brainless person will fail to comprehend the implications. Imagine where a future Northern President will have Shekau warning Nigerians that if his fellow Kanuri is not re-elected by force, they would restart insurgence.

We have to actually understand the meaning of democracy so that we can put things in proper perspective. Whether you defend or protect Jonathan or his warped interests in this matter is not the issue, what is important is that we/you must show responsibility through our/your actions not by merely becoming unreasonable thugs ready for use by our thieving politicians....it's unfortunate people like you think Nigeria belongs to somebody or anybody, I just hope this great country gets it right one day so that she can put people like you where you rightly belongs.......what a peculiar mess?
