i av actually observed query 5 in a number of pentecostal churches where the pastors' mic is different from any other and i asked that question bt couldnt get a meaningful answer.On query 1 I agree with u pentecostal churches doesnt practice infant baptism as it is not scriptural, baptism by immersion(authentic) is just an outward sign of accepting Jesus and I dont see how that apply to an infant.
