As long as they were both placed on the same grade level and same steps No seniors between the two..Only diffrence in steps gives either of the two slight edge because both will still be due for promotion at the same time...So as it stands no senior between the two of them...Even if their documentation was done at a difrrent date as long as they were placed on the same level and step..No one can lay claim to seniority 1 Like |

Pls let be guided to come here and share info you are not sure of....Conraiss 3 is equivalent to Grade level 4 which is the Entry point for school cert holders...Entry level for a graduate is Conraiss 7..Which is grade level 8...if they placed you in grade level 3 it means you are placed using your school cert...But since you would be on probation..It may be corrected during your regulation exercise after 3 months 3 Likes |
