Many people attested that their experience with their first Love was not what they expect from a lover.

Although the society tries to distort and destroy the very spirit of motherhood among women nowadays, by making the role of mother to look extremely unglamorous and stripped of all their honor, it should be known that motherhood is a beautiful and rich calling.

Because a mother is a force to be reckoned with, the role of a mother is so intensely powerful that the destinies of nations and generations lies in her hands.

Sometimes during the throes and sufferings that comes with motherhood, you may feel like running away. The sleep deprivation, late night eating, ceaseless prayers that turns you into a prayer warrior��, 24/7 nurturing of persons and soul etc has a way of weighing on you.
But you stop and think about why you want to run away. Don't you like the way you are being stretched and changed. Then you will learn to rejoice in the way that motherhood has swallowed you whole and regurgitate you into someone new.

Of course, nobody messes with a mother's love. She is deeply nurturing, fiercely protective, unabashedly uninhibited when it comes to doing whatever must be done to ensure the welfare of her children.

Mother's are purveyors of life, created to give it, nurture it, protect it and release it at the appropriate time to fulfill the purposes of God.

Infact, being a mother has taught me I know very little about a lot of things. So I go for continuous learning, unlearning and relearning as I grow with my children towards fulfilling our God ordained destiny.

A mother's heart is such a beautiful thing that people are easily drawn to it, to be fed, nurtured and guided by her warmth and softness.
It takes great commitment, discipline, sacrifices and hard work to be a mother indeed.

When you live in a society where most people seems to believe whatever they hear or are moved by what they see, they are certain to judge you without second thought.

But only you and God knows what was inside, because whatever you are and your greatest accomplishments, my guess is that, it will be something that happened inside you, which no one else ever saw. Something that had nothing to do with outside success, and everything to do with how you decided to discipline yourself through hard-work, persistent and sacrifices in making your dreams come true.

Just know that, no matter how people misjudged you, it is not your role to expose the fake people. In due time, they will expose themselves for who they really are.

Give it time. Time has a way of showing us what really matters. It exposes "WHO IS WHO" and "REVEALS ALL TRUTHS.

Many times I use to ask myself, "Do we as Women need men

Well, the answer is,
"OF COURSE WE DO".

To say we women don't need men would be out of context to the divine design of God (Genesis 2:18).

We need men because God said so, not because we would die without them as society sees it.

Come on, men are not the air that we breath. Yes, women can inhale and exhale without men.

Let's see, women in the house, breath in, out, in, out,.... Doesn't that feel good? And not a man was in sight!

Please men should know that because woman was taken out of man does not suggest women are inferior and can't live without men.

Women are the corresponding sex of men, designed by God to help and complement men. But most of all, both sex need God. After all, we were really created for His pleasure (REVELATION 4:11).

Therefore, it is safe to conclude that men and women need one another, either as friends, siblings, mates, and as lovers. We balance out and complete one another.

Please let men encourage the women in their lives knowing fully well that God is pleased when we walk in the office of our femininity.

Men are just confused especially when they don't know what they really need.

It's very unfortunate nowadays how our ungrateful society has given women negative tags which are unbefitting.
If you are Unmarried: She is irresponsible, not resourcesful and worthless.

Single and successful: She is chasing away all potential suitors..or must being ‘funded’ unholy, not wife-material⁣ (just wondering how many yards of materials will do for her to qualify)

Married: She is her husband’s property and should no longer have anything that vaguely resembles ‘fun’, baby making factory, she shouldn’t be wearing cloths she used to wear when single.⁣ ⁣

Divorced: She can’t keep a man, she is not submissive, the man could no longer endure her⁣. ⁣

Separated: She is out of control. No sane man fit in for her or can tolerate her excesses. ⁣

Widowed: She must have killed her husband….. to take over his assets and properties. ⁣

Tries to get on with life after widowhood: She didn’t mourn her late hubby for long enough. How suspicious? How inappropriate? How unacceptable! ⁣ ⁣

Childless Marriage: She is barren; she must have destroyed her womb through abortions. ⁣ ⁣

Rich and independent: She is a prostitute, she flirts around for money.

Child misbehaves: It is all the mother’s fault because she spoilt him/her, she doesn't know how to train children,

Plays sports: She shouldn’t; she’s a girl. ⁣

Speaks her mind: She is bossy; not a good trait for a woman, she doesn't have proper home training.

Spouse cheats: It’s her fault. She caused him to it, she pushed him to the wall.

Victim of rape: What time was it? Where was she? What was she wearing?. ⁣

Through systematic indoctrination, school children are brainwashed to study to pass rather than to be empowered with skills that will enable them to contribute meaningfully to the society. As such, it produces brainless graduates who are dead to thinking. A mindless education which deprive school children their freedom to think for themselves and be creative.

Human brain function at a good capacity when allowed to take up initiatives and be creative unless it's animals which needs to be checkmated so as not to cause nuisance.

With the #stay_at_home still in place, parents and guidance need to use the opportunity to home school their children, opening their eyes to practical aspects of the subject they were being taught at school. For examples:
(1) Home economic: how to make coffee and tea, how to tidy up the house etc.
(2) Physical Education: How to skip rope, ride bicycle, exercise their body and be active.
(3) Mechanical engineer: How to assemble and operate a toy car,
(4) Religious studies: How to pray and say the grace.
(5) Social studies: how to greet the elders, how to respect and value others beliefs, culture and traditions.
(6) Science: how to remove oil from plates,
(7) Agric. Science: how to remove Weeds around the surroundings.

Of course, the list is endless. The point is to allow the children to have practical experience and appreciate the various subjects they are being taught at school as they playfully catch their fun.
It helps to expand their minds, increase their brain power and uplifts their spirit.

We need to know that there is no end to education. It is not that you read a book, pass an examination, then you are finished with education. The whole of life from the moment one is born to the moment the person die is a process of learning. What matters is actively engaging the minds of children to be creative thinkers.

I can vow that this #stay_at_home really had a great impact on the lives of people and families, not just only kids. Because it has opened our eyes to start seeing things in other perspectives.

With the very strict rules placed in many of our school system, (where children are forced to be quite or silent, denied freedom of expression, asked to act like adults and be responsible for what they know nothing about and accept any abuse), I believe in most cases diminishes our children's true gifts, talents and spirits.

Such restrictions most of the time affects their mental health and well-being and also limits their healthy brain development.

Seriously, play is the highest form of research. It provides kids the enabling ground to explore their environment. Kids playing outside in nature more and being creative feels like the human thing to do than being caged inside some kind of rooms like animals.
Our schooling should make us free thinkers where children can engage their minds by being creative.

Of course, the tender minds of kids are sharpen by indulging in creative activities and exploring different spheres of life within their environment. Even children/siblings that didn't used to get along so well, but with only each other for playmates in this #stay_at_home, they are discovering that they can have plenty of fun together and collaborate in many ways.
It is important to let kids be kids. Freedom of expression is a key ingredient in raising healthy, balanced, happy and self-confident kids.
