Religion / Re: Reach Out Nigeria 2008 With Rhapsody Of Realities Campaign! by Urchie(f): 7:39pm On Sep 29, 2008
Come 1st October Christ Embassy is gonna have a match past (parade) at the state stadium (Edo State).
Where has that ever happened before?
For those of u that are still sitting there criticizing, go ahead, keep wasting ur energy thinking that u can bring down who God has already raised up.

Where in the history of Nigeria have u ever heard that or read that a Xtain body spent such an amount of money to do a free distribution of such magnitude. That should tell something.
Meanwhile remember we are talking abt Nigeria here. The same Nigeria that a lot of ppl hav given up on, including its citizens and here is a ppl that has stood up to say WE BELIEVE IN NIGERIA. yet you guys still hav so many things to complain abt.

I just tire

@hubreality, donnie
u guys sure are inthe Spirit, what the Spirit of God is already doing and will still do withthe laudable work we are doing can not be quantified.
I was with my PCF in Benin city distributing it in my catchment on Sat and Sunday.
U cant imagine the hunger, the response and honestly great things are already happening
NYSC / Re: How Relevant Is National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) In This Dispensation? by Urchie(f): 11:56am On Sep 20, 2008
The full meaning of NYSC is, Nigerian Youths will Suffer in time to Come.

Aint u a fool to hav made this type of statement?
If u need to suffer must u say that its NYSC that brought u that.
When ppl cant think of how to succeed in life they blame their failure on anything that come by.
Including blaming it on NYSC.
Nonsense

Hello house,
I hope we still have bankers in this place.
I have an offer to pick up from Oceanic bank on Monday as an ET and also Fidelity bank later next week.

Please house which one should i go for?

Lets consider all the pros and cons cos im not just interested in the pay alone but all about carrier building, job security, less pressure in case of marketing, and promotions.
Thanks for yours intended response

My ppl, this is grt. I rejoice with u for this great success.

I want to use this opportunity to also share my own gratitude to God Almighty.
I did finish my own service in February as well. I served with Wema Bank Plc and automatically was to be retained but only God knows when becos of their slow attitude to recruitment.
A month after our service we were given a letter to stop coming to work untill we are contacted to come and resume again as full staff.
I said that they will not see me agian to recruit by the time they are ready. Only then was when i took my g-mat seriously for once. For over 2 weeks i stayed back where i served (Benin City) and did not go back home becos i saw a lot of opportunities there.
I wrote the test with ETB, Zenith all as a gate crasher and non of them contacted me untill Oceanic Bank invited me and there i made it ready for the interview in May. Just then Fidelity invited me for theirs as well which i also made. While these where going on i also had my eye on owning a business. Going for the Oceanin Bank interview, i made it, also made it with Bank PHB although when PHB invited me for the next stage i was so busy with setting up my business so i could not attend since it was in Lagos.
Today i hav a job with the bank and also a gud paying business and hav ppl working for me who i pay.
This can only be God

In the words of Oyedepo, "I give them 24 hours, unless this place does not belong to God

And to all of u that r fighting whether he is of God or not, check out the statement. Can u talk with such an audacity.
If robbers could be bold enough or stupid enough to go into the church and steal then the man of God is equally audacious to pronounce whatever he is led to say to them!

I am so disappoiinted that Nigerian could actually want to make us see the thieves as righteous and Oyedepo as the bad guy, but then, why should i be surprised, Jesus wasnt released but died while people prefered the criminal.
I'm inlove with this statment.
my dear this is the height of it. In fact call it the wonder of the century.
Come to think of it, how can ppl think of where to steal and the best place their mind told them is the church, dont u think they r already meant for doom. Do u know what the church means?
DO u understand what that is, a holy place where the anointing rests.
In the old testament that Moses used to go and meet God in the mountain, haven't u read how the glory of God covers there. That is where God lives. Just tell me that while Moses was in the desert with the children of Israel that if someone had gone and stolen from the tabernacle that he/ she would have been spared.

Oyedepo admonished the robbers, who threw the whole church community and the entire ancient Ota community into pandemonium with the robbery operation, that failure to hand themselves over to the police would mean their death.
He even tried and showed all the love Jesus Himself would hav shown by asking them to report themselves and not pronouncing the curse outrightly

In the words of Oyedepo, "I give them 24 hours, unless this place does not belong to God."/quote]

So how do you know that the man in question is annointed Huh is it because he established a church Huh would you classify Rev King as annointed Huh What criteria do youu use to determine an annointed man of God Even though there are genuine men of God out there, i am certain there are more pretenders than the genuine ones. Any way to answer my previous question the bible says by their fruits you shall know them.

FROM WHAT U SAID, ITS OBVIOUS U ARE IGNORANT OF THE THINGS OF THIS SPIRIT.
THE BIBLE SAID THEY ARE SPIRITUALLY DECERNED AND SO ITS FOOLISHNESS TO THE MIND. SO I NEED NOT TRY TO CONVINCE U ABT HIS ANNOINTING, COS IF U COULD, U WOULD HAV KNOWN HE IS ANOINTED
Religion / Re: Oyedepo Curses Robbers Who Raided Canaanland by Urchie(f): 12:11pm On Aug 06, 2008
What is this madness abt pointing a finger upon a man of God?
Do u guys want to join in the madness as well?

Check out what happened in the Bible when common children called Elishah names and said he has a bald hair, the bible said that he commanded beasts to come and eat them up which happened instanta.
The bible said touch not my anointed, whether with ur mouth, pen or keyboard.
If he is right or wrong, leve him alone!

U aint the one that anointed him, if he has any issue with what he has said, leave that to him with God.
Im simply advising so that u dont get urself into a generational trouble.

There are so many ppl today that are suffering from one thing or the other which they do not know how it came about, some of such would have come as a result of what they said or even their older generations, includiung to a man of God.
Im not a Living faith member neither hav i ever had anything to do with Cannan land, but what i tell u here is what u need to know for ur own good.
A word is enough for the wise!

Romance / Re: When Is A Guy Ready To Marry? by Urchie(f): 2:25pm On Aug 01, 2008
A man is ready to marry when he must hav finished building up himself.
And off course u can only build up urself with God's Word. Build a nice carreer.
While he/she is still single, its the best time to spend time and build ur life, hav plan for ur future and work on that.
Build up ur speed in life and remain there.
One cannot marry before planning for the future.
That can't work!

na wa for all the rumor mongers in naira land,, i also wrote the test and i heard from a reliable source that no body has been sent any test msg as regard s to wether u are successful or not, but soon they will start calling those that made it.
@wisedman u too lie oooo.
i wish u all the best

Interesting, how reliable do u think ur source is when pll are telling u they already got the notification that they passed the test.

@poster
I got the invitation too but its in Lagos so im not gonna go cos im presently in Benin and very busy at that.
Moreover i have just made it with Oceanic bank. If it were Benin, i would hav gone

For the interview question try to reflect on ur course as well.
For those of u that studied the administrative and social sciences, pls know ur course well, ur project work also is important as most of those interview pannel are in related fields or graduated from those fields. They always know what to ask and will know when u fail it.

For the science graduates like me, u may be fortunate not to have any of the pannell members from ur field.
In that case u can even give them wrong answers with confidence an dthey will believe u cos they are helpless at that moment and all they need to convince them abt you is ur courage
Career / Re: The Truth About Bank Pay In Nigeria by Urchie(f): 7:32pm On Jul 31, 2008
Thanks for that enlightenment really. Now we can have a better aproach to these banks. Do all these include wardrobe allowances or do they pay differently for that.
Cheers friend.

The pay includes both wardrobe, furniture, transport, housing, tea, cofee allowace and what have u.
I just finished my NYSC with Wema Bank and now got a job with Oceanic though have not resumed.
I like the banking job espaciall as young person but i dont think the banking industry will see me after about 4 years.
Men i should be doing better things with my life just as the poster pointed out.
Work on being ur own boss
Career / Re: Is It Okay To Walk Out Of A Job Interview? by Urchie(f): 11:15pm On Jul 18, 2008
some of the responses to this question are quite funny.
As if some did not read properly or they don't understand.

As a matter of fact an interview is not same as aptitude test. Sometimes people attend apt test when not invited (gate crashers). And they are the ones that cause the type of troubles that was witnessed during the customs recruitment exercise. But interview is more organized planed for and u too do plan for it.
In some c ases the interviewer calls in the interviewees one after the other holding the cvs.
SO its more of one on one thing, now tell me how good it is that someone called u in to have a chat with u and u just stand up to walk out meanwhile u were invited and u willingly came no one forced u.
However big u thing that ur dream is what u do now and in the process of attaining it matters.
Its a big nonsense, snubbish to walk out on who u r to chat with.

Whatever it is that u r are asked, patience, calmness and maturity should be in place so u can sit tight and leave maybe never to rerurn again if u feel its not worth it
Career / Re: Is It Okay To Walk Out Of A Job Interview? by Urchie(f): 10:50pm On Jul 18, 2008
walking out on the interview? Oh no.
Simply tooooo bad!

Its wise to keep calm and hold on till the close of the interview.
Whatever they said to u not withstanding. Who know it could be the training u need for the higher job u are aspiring for.
As a matter of fact for courtsy sake its very wrong, an adult should also treat that as such

Cheesy Yes, i hope to return back home ASAP

The truth is, a lot of people who see only the ills in Naija are just waiting for good things to start happening and they will be on the next virgin Naija flight back home. There's always no place like home.

Right now things are not @ its best but with all the potentials in Nigeria, all i see a giant about to be reborn.

I'll prefer to be a part of that change (even if its a small one) than watch good things happen from far, and then start to rejoice and celebrate with the true winners.

God bless u my dear
Ive always prayed to God for ppl like u in this great country, ppl who believe in the future of the nation who see only the good in the land, how to harness it and make life better.
Keep it up, together we will get there.
We will live to see the Nig we have been dreaming of having.
We will stand proudly and say we made Nig. the way it is now.
No matter how little we contribute, we could as least we believed
