Having a salt bath helps with the following: skin problems including acne recuurent infections, insect bites, even arthritis and rheumatism relaxing muscles and relieves pain and soreness. There is no mention of it being helpfull in combating the Ebola Virus. First it was the Kola nut report culled from 1995, people rushed around getting "Nuts", this morning its "Salt".
