Subsequently, I have done series of tests including scrotal uss(normal), sperm fructose (positive) and hormonal assay with the ff results;FSH 46.5miulml, LH 27.0miulml, Prolactin 16.0nglml, Testosterone 1.6nglml. The doctor said there is hormone inbalance and that i need to do a testicular biopsy. What do you think. Personally, I feel there should be medications to correct the situation.
