@BEAFFY,

I just dey laugh. And I will continue to laugh whether or not you chose to call issues what they are.

You have already defined yourself in my last challenge to you concerning your silence on a thread where sneaky Dora sticked it in the face of your beloved GEJ,thereby once again exposing the sham called PDP and her thuggish sympathizers like you.

Just continue to choose and cherry pick your news sources in line with what you like them to write or not,and I will continue to laugh on your cynicism.

kokoye:

It is hard to have a decent conversation with people who think every Nigerian in the west is doing a menial job.

Some cannot understand that there are millions of Nigerians abroad who are actually very comforable wherever they choose to be.

Say whatever you like, but I have been treated way better here in the states: foreigner or not, they will treat you with respect.

I have been slapped by a policeman in Nigeria because I asked a very simple question: 'why'. I had a green light but he wanted me to stop so a 'white man' (lebanese) could pass.

Makes me wonder as well.

The hospital I had my first child overseas has 18 Nigerian Doctors and Nurses on their payroll.

¨Everyone is doing menial jobs overseas and hence do not have the resources to relocate home¨.END OF STORY

Fhemmmy:

Apart from the insurance, i will like to see these people giving us detail of how the biz runs.
Let us know what kinda trucks are needed, if possible, post some pix before modification to the truck and after the modifications
Give us an idea of how much it cost to do such modifications.
Then, we will be able to make up our mind.
Let us know how much is paid to the drivers.
How to get reliable driver.
Who is responsible for maintenance?

Please, instead of us sending mail to people and all that, a forum is a place where we all can learn from one another, so let us have fun with all these here.

Someone that understands what a forum is has just spoken.
Well done sir.

Properties / Re: How Much Will A Fencing And Gateman House Cost For A 100 By 100 Plot by yinka85: 6:45pm On Nov 16, 2009
DIPUU2LIFE:

edogram/yinka
will send you sketches of a couple of architecctural & structural details of  typical fences that you may choose from. they would have been converted from AutoCAD to jpeg so you can view them eaily. publish your numb/e-mails or dipuu2life@yahoo.com to make this possible.
Secondly, the cost of the fence depends on the type of foundation to support it. i know you would have seen collapsing fences. when building without stability considerations, you end up having an undulating cracked wall. Not necessarily penny wise, dont mistake me, the wall does not have to be expensive to do the job especially if its to secure the land in a developing area, but there are thinsgs to consider to get the desired end, and then, an appropriate cost.
for the other buildings, like the bq or gate house, lets know where exactly you want the job done as location also affects labour costs.
if you dont have an architecture for me to cost then i might send you a couple of suggestions for you to choose from and then i'll give you the cost/excluding the gate and its joinery.
first
lets talk on 08033186563 or mail me dipuu2life@yahoo.com
feel free.

Thanks DIPUU2LIFE.So grateful for your detailed response to my query. My email address is yinka85@live.com.
