juman:both of you are correct to some extent. It was rumoured that bayowa(gbenga Adewusi) conspired wit his(Adeboye's) wife to poison him. But doctors confirmed that he died of kidney related ailment. The fact is that he was sick but the sickness seems to be spiritually backed up. If you listen carefully to his last album 'aye toto' and 'omo majemu' by seun Adeboye, also one other album by late kayode Adeboye his brother, you wil believe that his ailment has spiritual backedup. I dont know what the future holds but no FIBAN member has equalled him up to this moment. brixton:yes, he died twice, his first death was on oct,6 2002, he came bk to life after 6 hours. That was wen he released his last controvasial album 'aye toto'. He finally died on 30th april 2003. seun Adeboye, one of the sisters of fhe late comedian, Prince Gbenga Adeboye, a presenter and a singer, in one of her albums dedicated to her late brother titled 'omo majemu' (covenant child). she narrated all the story of his life, all he went through before he survived and became popular. she talked about his family, social, personal life and his death. she also revealed how wednesday was so special in the life of her late brother. according to her, he was born on wednesday 30th sept. 1959, he started his education on wednesday, he started presenting on radio on wednesday, his first trip to america was on wednesday, his first album was released on wednesday. acording to her, most of his achievements were made on wednesday, he died on wednesday 30th of APRIL 2003 and was laid to rest on wednesday 14th may 2003. His biography: Born on 30th September 1959, at Ode Omu, Gbongan, Osun State, Nigeria, late Adeboye first worked as a freelance radio presenter for Radio Lagos where he started a very popular programme which catered for Yoruba listening audience titled Funwontan in 1981. This programme was later re-baptised to Gbenga Adeboye in the Mix on Radio Lagos and Gbenga Adeboye in the House on OGBC. While doing these, he cut over nine albums and put them out on cassette, including Ph. D Beetle, Orosunkunnu 1 & 2, Funwontan 1 & 2, Ijinle Oro lati ori ite mimo 1 & 2, Versatility, Aiyetoro, Supremacy and Controversy. Adeboye's popularity earned him several nicknames including Alhaji, Pastor Oluwo and Funwontan, which stuck with him until his death. Gbenga was an activist, orator, prophet as well as a comedian, humorist, entertainer, the pioneer of stand-up comedy in Nigeria who will never make you sad. He used his talents to install democracy back in Nigeria through all his works, jokes, and radio programmes. Olugbenga gave up the ghost on the 30th of April 2003 throwing the entire entertainment scene into deep mourning and he was so widely respected and loved that crowds trooped out in candle- lit processions all over south-western Nigeria. let me go straight to the point. we started the relationship in 2012. she gave me happiness, hope, support, encouragement etc...she is so transparent and faithful. amidst the rigour of relationship and life in general, she's always there. words cannot express my love for her. just last week, after speaking with her on phone, i recieved her text asking for break up. it was like a dream but i managed to call to confirm maybe it was true, she made me realize that the message came from her hrt, she said she has no reason, that i didnt ofend her and she didnt have any other guy, but she was no longer in love with me and she didnt wnt to be decieving me. i was shocked and i tried to beg her but all my effort was in vain as she was later rejecting my calls. later in the evening she picked my call and she apoloized for not being able to fulfil her promises for me. later in the night, her elder sis called and promised to talk to her and after some minutes my gf called bck and she agreed to continue the relationship. pls i wnt to know if i should endure the pains of hrt brk and forget the relationship bcus i dont wnt her to date me out of pity and force or i should continue wit her and stil maintain my faithfulnes to her or i shud get a side chick incase she eventually ends the relationship. pls, i need ur advice. |

@ajibam, whether God speaks to me or not, its non of ur business. @felvet, if u av read wht he posted, u wil see clearly dat d post condicted his point. All the posters dwelled more on love. Read 1cor 7:1-40 very well and understand. D whole chapter is basically on marriage. Dnt be decieved, love is d basis 4 any successful marriage. Love doesn't grow frm nothing bt grows frm love. Paul says u are free to marry whom u love only in d lord. If truely u dnt av anytin again him and u av prayed bt the love is nt still dere, pls think abt it ooo. Marriage is a personal affair o, it is based on choice. Baba Adeboye says God stopped match making after Adam blamed God dat it was Eve dat He gave him dat misled him. All our patriach and matriach in the bible married based on Gods instruction nt to marry an unbeliever, and all the marriages were based on love. paul also advocated it. Pls make sure u marry a born again xtian based on genuine love (not lust). Marriage is an earthly tin which wil ends here on earth. Its not compulsory but necessary. Pls be guided by God's word and make sure u dnt av anytin against the brother, but if the love didnt come after all ur prayers, it is left for u o bcus marriage is personal. May God help u to choose rightly. Also av it in mind dat marriage is a life contract, no room for divorce, it is for better, 4 worse. Ajibam:mr. Ajibam, let me clarrify some things here. D issue of dreams and vision in marriage is not biblical. Its jst a doctrine in the pentecostal churches. We av seen cases of wht felvet said, we av seen cases of real men of God marrying witches tru dis idea of vision and dreams, search ur bible very well, God never led anybody into marriage in the bible tru dese, and i knw God wil neva change. For u to undastand beta that its a doctrine in our churches, in churches like deeper life, mfm, i tink rccg also does it, if the intendin couples reali saw themselves (will) but during medical check up, their genotypes contradict. The church wil never do dat wedding. My ques is dat why did technology takes over frm the so called wil of God, wht does God has to do with issue of genotype? Pls help a friend, a lady had a dream that a guy travelled to pay her a visit but the guy didnt lodged with her, he went to lodge in anoda place.
