Parents like to be given at least 2 hours notice before their daughters go out and a detailed itineray if possible in this country because they might have made other plans for the family that evening and as long as she is still under their roof she has to comply otherwise one day she'll just cone back and see all her belongings outside.

Go to BMS Spa (08038540869) on Magbon Close off Thompson Road off Bourdilllon. They are the best. The girls are indonesian and therefore understand the true meaniing of a brazilian wax ( they really get all the hairs out). Call them first to make an appointment. In my opinion they are the best. I can't remember the price but a full body wax (the whole works- full leg, full arm, underarm, brazilian, buttocks, back, etc) will cost you about 15k. They'll assign two people to you and in under 2hours you'll be done.

Montaigne Place (Clarins:08037130408) on Muri Okunola in VI is also good. It's easier to get an appointment with them, they are cheaper and have Nigerian staff who might not want to wax some places and that's where BMS beats them. Ask for Maria, she's quite thorough.

They are not cheap but you'll get good body building supplements from respected brands. Last time I checked, they had BCAA from GNC for about 13k, B complex from GNC, Solgar, Schiff and some other brands. They also had L- creatine, glutamine, l- arginine, biotin, chromium, CLA, whey protein powder, you name it. Med plus with its numerous branches doesn't even have any of the body building supplements in stock. However, if you find them cheaper elsewhere please let me know because I'm alo looking for how to cut costs.
