You were seeing the 404 error page, since you haven't upload anything on the server yet.

You need to upload file with name index.html or index.php to show up content when you type your domain: http://www.gowonderkids.com/ on your browser.

I have just uploaded a test file on the server, so you don't see this error message.

I should locate my domain name system DNS settings so I can enter my cNames... I don't seem to see any settings...no management tools....my status still pending.....HELP!!!

1) Have you used the cPanel before, Do have any experience in PHP/HTML. Are you comfortable with these terms. If yes, then you are ready to go. You just need to login here: http://www.domainking.ng/login/ (Go to My Services > yourdomain > Click Settings button (This will show you a link to login to cpanel. Then you are ready to go)
2) Do you have content/files that you want to upload on the server? (Please use FTP details that we sent you by email during signup. Search for "New Account Information" in your email inbox, spam folder.
