His point is salient. PDP, unforgiveably , squandered our economic boom period when oil sold at over $100.00 per barrel compared to its price of circa $30.00 per barrel when PMB was sworn in. APC came in at a period that PDP misrule and the global crash in oil price tipped us into recession that Okonjo Iweala warned was inevitable in 2014.

Can you imagine when Iweala warned of impending recession she spoke based on the then oil price of $70.00 per barrel?
Do we need Einstein to interpret the obvious which was that if $70.00 per barrel price was a precursor for recession then surely the $30.00 per barrel price PMB inherited was going to be an economic disaster requiring monumental effort and time to turn around?

Yet, working with around 60-70% less income than PDP had at its disposal, the APC produces higher national budget, greater delivery of infrastructure, bailed out Governors to clear salary arrears, provided direct social financial succour to our people and has now moved us out of recession with our economic outlook now appearing bright for the future.

All this in 3.5 years and despites the severe challenges the APC faced when it took over. Please oga, say the truth and shame the Devil. God will bless you for doing so.
