Lol. Sharp girl. She saw a financial stable future in the young doc. I wonder if she would have agreed to date or not have broken up with a forestry and wildlife technology graduate during your numerous quarrels.

Congratulations to your union jare.

My dear, there's nothing financially stable about being a medical doctor in Nigeria. And that lady really loves him because my own girlfriend left me when I faced issues in medical school after my second mb exams. I bounced back to who I am today because I managed my psychology properly

Lol. Firstly, you may not attain financial stability by being a medical doctor but you can comfortably pay your bills. You guys buy cars after housemanship nau.

Secondly, that your babe left you when you faced issues proves me right. If only she saw that you will bounce back, she would have stayed to secure her future. Girls don't necessarily stay with guys because of love but because of what they stand to gain.

Stop deceiving yourself Op: nothing like true love here.

She saw a focused, resilient, hardworking young man with a bright future, and it's hard to find a jobless medical doctor.

I'm very sure your problems in medical school were not finance related.

He also saw something in her that's why he didn't dump her. Everyone deserve the good things in life. No lady will stay with you if they see nothing to keep them. Likewise, no man will keep a woman if he has no reason to. Person no go go chop raw cocoa yam wey cooked one dey.
Congratulations to them.

Being able to see the prospect and having the patience to wait for it is enough reason to applaud the lady.
Many ladies are too dumb to see a raw gold, and some that see it are too in a hurry to wait.
The guy also saw something in her that kept him. I'm sure if he was beating her and treating her like trash she would have ran away long time ago. Who no like better thing.
Me can't see a lazy dude who has no brain and not interested in borrowing one and them stick with him just so people will point at me when they want to give examples of humble ladies.

The guys in this section have to be the most stoopid on this forum. It is on this thread I got to know doctors are rich in Nigeria.

Nigerian doctors are so well-paid that they are fleeing the country and the ones remaining here are threatening strike every other week. Rather than wish OP well and move on, they have to release their venoms all about the thread. Silly elements! Yet they wonder why they can’t see good thing in life.

My dear, the medical profession is one of the most downgraded professions in this country, courtesy the government. Most of us can hardly survive sef not to talk of building our own houses. The highest u can do is buy a simple car, rent a nice apartment and get married, while your mates in other field keep hitting it big back to back.

I wil try and be as brief as possible.

As a growing child, I watched lots of nollywood movies where young lovers who fell in love had to stick with each other through the rough times, suffer together and still end up in marriage. Then other scenarios where the same set of people had to break up due to some unreconcilable differences. Well, I was opportune to experience the former.

I met my fiancee in 2012 in the university while I was in medical school. It was a journey that later graduated into a beautiful lifetime happiness. I met her among other young girls in a fellowship gathering but there was something spectacular about her. Her jovial but shy disposition made her outstanding. I collected her no along side other gals no but kept on calling her. She was very respectful, loyal and caring. She gradually captured my heart and I asked her out after some weeks. We became best of friends. We shared almost everything in common except that I'm an sanguine and she is a melancholy. But we later clicked so fast.

Later I started having issues in medical school. She never left me. She was always there. My failures in medical school started giving me depression, she was also there. She never gave up on me. She would rather stay and help me braid my grown hairs so that I would be happy. She was the only one that understood me. She encouraged to strive on and always believe in myself. I gradually bounced back mentally, wrote my MB exam and passed all my professional exams.

Fast forward to 2020, I had finished medical school as a medical doctor, started my housemanship, proposed to her and she said 'yes'. We will be getting married this Dec, 2020.

Truly, true love exists but the problem is that people are not ready to work it out. There were times we quarrelled, but we later sorted our issues out. It was not rosy throughout. Most young girls are not ready to stick with one man to build him and build with him. A responsible man will always come back to that loyal babe who has always been there for him to settle down with. You can confirm from 2Baba.

So find that loyal babe who is ready to build with you, especially when u have a vision and a feasible plan to succeed in life. Trust me, you will find her and find true love.

Believe me you, the bold is all it takes to get 90% of Nigeria ladies.

What am I even saying, you don't need a nice apartment, just have a neat car.

Some people here are living in utopia. The doctors cashing out in Nigeria are not up to 2%, the rest live like average Nigerians. Some of your colleagues have become abortion specialist to meet up. Nigeria doesn’t send healthcare, how then can doctors be valued? Sometimes I even pity them, after all the money spent and the late nights. Abeg, I don’t want to hear anyone mention Nigerian doctors and money in the same sentence, except na Jambite or undergraduate wey never know wetin dey sup.
