fergie001: My bad 1) the court heavily relied on irev copies when manual copies were available 2) the court relied heavily on the outdated okonji vs oshoma and abubakar vs kurdula appeal court judgment 3) the court erroneously stated that the evidence act overrides the electoral act 4) the court discountenanced respondents witnesses and report of EC40G 5) the court failed to ascertain the validity of the so called agents as prescribed the the electoral act. 6) the court agreed that the elections was not conducted in substantial compliance yet declared a winner 7) the court determined overvoting without voters register |
