If truely u av done a test and an interview b4, u would know the two are not the same. In a test, u don't need to wait for anybody u do it together. You said u invited them for interview too? U are the HR for the bank?

You don't know whose chance it might be and b4 ur make assumptions I did mine on monday and my tally number is 133, number on d list @ d gate is 126. U never can tell whose chance it is if gate crashing is involved. Fine they should have applied when they ought to or perhaps felt too big for the job but when u think of the relief u get when scratching heat rash, bro u will scratch till u get 2 d bones.
