Thanks you[/quote] Hmm! I can remember some analyses of your correct position in GT Bank a while ago on this forum. But seriously, you sold a first tranche almost equal with your opening stockholding and did not bother to get a top-of-the-class SS3 student to corroborate the figure arrived here? sad . Please do a bit of work and get the numbers right. Thereafter, you would know who be the ole. And then forumites can supply the fuel and the lighter

Access bank traded well below 9.75 all day till the penultimate minute of market when it traded just enough shares to close @9.90 grin
Oh NSE! Though art a place of strange happenings!
Again Access traded circa 9.63 all day with a trade executed at 9.32 early this morning. And in the dying minutes the "market makers" do the needful grin
Almost as if they have a script which just requires a desired "closing price" to be inputed
These strange events started just before the announcement of the 2 week delay in release of the half year audited results.

I wish to know if u received the last divend warrant for your GTB shares? or if you have a mandate, What was your last dividend paid? The number of shares is writen on your warrant or if its a bank mandate, multiply the dividend by 1.1 ( to account for 10% tax deduction )and divide by N1.45( last dividend paid by Gtb).

What was the amount received? Multiply the amount you received by 1.1 then divide that by 1.45, that should give you the number of shares u have with GTB. If u bought shares through IPO, its possible u have not gotten some bonus certificates. But if you bought through your broker, then u should follow up on him to see whether you intial order of 28500 was filled as at then.

That should be the aggregated dividend since 2004, were they paid as one off or you received several alerts for it and u totalled it? i was interested in the last one for year end 2013.

You mean your stockbroker paid you 524,885.78 for selling 28000 units of your GTB shares?.

GTB has not traded for less than N28 since July 2014 which was when you asked for assistance on this thread.

If sold at N28, you should have received N28 X 28,000 = N784,000 . Your broker must have skimmed over N200,000 off the top shocked.Sorry,do you have a calculator ?

I believe you've got internet access so why dont you make these checks yourself?

I hope I am wrong.
