Has the bank deducted the money from your account? If they have send Morgan the confirmation receipt. I will advice you not to be worried until Monday then mail the bank or call their 24/7 customer care.

There is no work on Monday.

I 'jo-ed ' transcorp, wapic and fcmb on Thursday. I didn't want to be caught unawares. I hope fcmb grants me a ji on Tues morning. Still watching transcorp, if transcorp trap u, u go fear fear. The o/s is just too much. U will see d price taking a bow BT can't get out. Same scenario wit afriprud though the o/s is small. If its in demand- the price rockets. But if its in offer, na another world altogether.
Eternal and vitafoam also behaves alike. For such stock, I prefer to bow b4 it gets to d peak so that I don't scramble for d door.

NSE is the sweetest place to play when d MKT is good.
No place like nsempa. We are making money this year!

Mercilicious I tried to quote your post above but my device failed me. Thanks for sharing with us how you are out-smarting us. Transcorp is a stock of almost 40b odd shares, so when it goes on offer, train loads of supply are brought to the market everyday. But I think one can go to sleep on it with two eyes for now because it has two powerful results around the corner, the delayed audited and the now equally due Q1. I blv that the expectation and curiosity around these results will keep transcorp upbeat in coming days if not wks.

Stock market tip: You can use some free online tools to analyse and study stocks (almost realtime). Check out ft.com, bloomberg.com, 4-traders.com etc. I have found them very useful. JIJO masters in the house, which ones do you use or are there any others you know?
Also try investing.com they give TA signals. Very good site imho.

FBNH paid in 2014 for the 2013 FY a dividend of N1.10 and it paid N1.00 in 2013 for 2012 FY. However, many feel that it would likely be lower this year than in the two previous years.

I am inclined to go for a value between 60-80k. I do not think the situation is as bad as it was in 2009 and may be better than 2010.

FY2009:10k, FY2010:60k, FY2011:80k, FY2012;1.00, FY2013:1.10

You might need to check the company site. I keep my own records but only includes companies I receive dividends from. I would be interested in a consolidated list also...dating as far back as possible but 5years back realistically. If you have a specific company in mind, i can post if i have that

Yea. Sad that I can't find any site that has a comprehensive list of all coys dating as far back as 2008. Would have been very helpful with analysis
Regarding FBNH, the consensus seems to be 80k and above.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by carpenter(m): 5:21pm On Apr 04, 2015
This is from my archives, I had this before I started investing.

I am not sure of the figures as this was done a some years ago and i stopped updating it in 2011 or 2012.

By the way i didnt know how the years worked back then ...so 2008 will be FY 2007 and 2009 will be FY2008 in that order
