5 FACTS Y THIS ANALYSIS IS WRONG (1) NE & NW is made up of btw 30%-50% indigenous Xtians. (2) In 2011 only 4million out of d 14million registered voters in d SW voted most of them non-SW. (3) D combined population of Xtian North, SS & SE is more than that of Muslim North & SW. |

Blueboy0402: The op actually took time to analyse the possible political permutation come 2015. As it stands GEJ will "capture" the SS/SE/NC. In the SW (Lagos) to be precise, the votes of the "18" million population will be shared because there is a large population of Igbos in Lagos. GEJ will therefore get votes from Igbos, Niger Deltans and Middle Beltans in Lagos being the "engine room" of the Yoruba. The same scenario will repeat itself in the remaining states of the SW.that is exactly what all these noisemakers dont know. Yorubas too are not together in whom to vote, i watched network news two days ago where a meeting of SW PDP endorsed GEJ. People like me (which happen to be much in Nigeria anyway) will never vote Buhari. 1 Like |

ckkris: Lagos is where President Jonathan got significant votes from ibos, other easterners, & middle-belt people living there, and the same pattern will be repeated in 2015. No reasonable political calculation can ever rely on yorubas, who culturally like to say yes & no at the same time, and so keep their options open in order to join the winning side. You are right on point. No too much talk. Those people can do any thing for a plate of amala. You remember how they trade abiola; 2 Likes |

(4) Yoruba Xtians are not comfortable with a presidential candidate from d Muslim North (5) GEJ is not sleeping. That is why he has resurrected the UPN through d OPC. This new party will be a platform for die hard anti-Muslim North Yorubas which comprises mainly of Yoruba Xtians. |

This is 2013 and i bet you, nobody can make a calculation now and expect it to work.GEJ is still in total command of PDP and Nigeria and can do anything to upturn people's present belief and analysis. Therefore,i expect everyone to wait until atleast, mid 2014 so as to make a useful analysis. |

We Yorubas have to be the most arrogant and ethnocentric people created by God. We have this 'I-TOO-KNOW' wahala. See dem Gbawe and Berem analysing politics like it is mathematics. Who told them that most of us Yorubas would vote for the APC? Who told them we are following Tinubu? If GEJ doesn't win in 2015, I would shut down my Law Practice and return my practising certificate 4 Likes |

Gbawe: Gej has not done something for this and that etc etc. Where is the sense of Nationality here except monkey chop monkey wipe mouth politics that is run in Nigeria. That is why Nigeria will never work because of what these breed "Corruption". Isn't it clear that project Nigeria is a failed venture in view of the foregoing? Don't let us fool ourselves, without doing full retrospect through SNC at no other appropriate time than 100 years of marriage of inconvenience by 2014, We are all sitting on a keg of gun powder thicking away until appointed time. This will make Boko Haram incidence look like a child's play. We are too sentimental Why should Tinubu or even the most performing governor for eye to see Fashola be second filddle to Buhari for pete sake? If buhari was so good why was he checkmated by the Crooked General IBB while is strong man Idiagbon was away. What did he achieve personally during his regime in the 80s except for the wave he rode in the shadows of General Idiagbon the power house of his regime. There is always this conspiracy theory of the fear of the unknown when it comes to ruling by real yorubas (not OBJ- Fault me by asking yourself why was he recycled and the onlt yoruba in power since independence) BY THE REST OF THE POLITICAL NIGERIA ESPECIALLY THE NORTHERN HEGEMONISTIC WEAKLINGS. All this turn by politics has to come to an end. Nigeria does not belong to any person or group but only to Nigerians. The above warning goes to the Yoruba please for pete sake Ronu. |

I beg make I hear word! For the benefit of those who do not know, "Returning GEJ back to Aso Villa in 2015 is a task that MUST be achieved". The devil I know is better than the angel I don't know. |
