Emekayoung: Mr Jide pls can u be of help to me? Each time i subscribe for 50MB mtn daily internet bundle for 200naira which lasts for 24hrs,wen it get to the validity period,it will re-subscribe again,pls i dont wnt automatic subscription renewal,its there any way i can stop that?

I recieved N200 bonus d day I paid for
my bis i.e last mnth, up till 2day,I
cant use d mney as my call never goes

Try use The sim on another phone now or Ask Ur neighbor if there Network coverage!!!

Mr Jide, this is the same problem i am having.I loaded my account yesterday without making any calls only to wake up this morning to realise that i have 0.00 balance in my account. i also observed the same thing yesterday morning but i wasnt sure, but this morning's incident have confirmed that MTN is on a mission to chase away its customers. please do something fast or i will do something myself. thanks.

How do you cancel subscription to CNN weekly news and business day monthly news subscription. They keep deducting money from my account when i never did subscribe.

Good uve made a step ahead!! I gues u clean ur SIM panel with a soft cutton, U can add methylated spirit, Brush softly, then leave for 5 minute for it to dry! Now insert, if it works Godd, if not Try Get a welcome back SIM!

i guess ur subscription will still be on, cos the time i did elcome back on a lost sim i ad 1k plus on it then, aftr ben thru with it i still have my money back .......... grin grin grin
