Um...I see your point and it is very valid but I believe the first exercise is needed. Its not just about being here at an exact time but more about how well you guys can relate with each other, in other words, convince each other to be here.

Like I mentioned before, each one of us is used to doing things "my way" and the default response to one we don't see as part of our click is a NO!!! This exercise is meant to bridge that gap or break the divide if you will.

I know that it would be difficult getting some here on time but do not allow yourself think its impossible. Apply the various skills you have to this task.

Effective communication, persuasive skills and even an ability to pester the individual are some factors to consider in achieving this. Try to think outside the box and before you know it, everyone will be here.
