warrikid: Hi all,thanks for the encouragement for a refire after that slight "TRV" delay. I'm for winter 2015,so still got time for an adequate refire. Got a few questions tho. Pls,as per home ties,I wanna add my dads deeds of 3 landed properties as I am d ist son. Buh d problem is,he is not my sponsor,my uncle is. Dad stopped working some yrs ago,so insufficient cashflow dere. Uncle has got a great cash inflow plus gud balance. Getting confused sorta kinda. Hw do I string all dis 2geda to tackle d financial backing side of dis TRV. Suggestions pls. Plus I wud need an award winning SOP sample ASAP as I'm looking to throw in my app nxt week. Thanks.

For hometies. If u have siblings,add their copies of any govt issued ID and ur parents too. Include the landed props too. It won't hurt anyone.

Yeah voters card, national ID, drivers license, international passport.

It shows ur family are still in Nigeria

opsynusy: nah there's a separate family info form...where it states you list the names of all your siblings,their occupation and where they work,their date of birth,their current city of residence...the form is strictly for your family information,its not the app form

opsynusy: lol...just keep it simple...the more the documents,the more they question your application..you will get it this time,just do the right thing and refire your prayers,ask God for unmerited favour and Grace,commit the visa officer that will handle your documents into God's hands,he/she should be in a good mood and right frame of mind,he/she should be interested in your app and he/she should av a positive mind all the way...thats what you need now,its really not by "over right" do the relevant things and let God do the rest

You might be right...buh I made this mistake on my first app and got delayed. it is it good if u show proof of what ever u state in the family info form and app form.

Some peeps even add family photos too. Strong ties can be;

Landed properties (this borders on financial capability as well)
Job
FAMILY
Etc

Buh what do I know...I might be wrong

It's kinda binding and doesn't cost your sponsor getting it done. Seal every loophole bruv...if he is hyper busy, let him draft and print then stop by at any notary public office to get it signed in less than 5 minutes.
