I am very happy writing this and want to use this medium to tell those suffering from quick ejaculation or loss of potency that there's still hope.

To my story, I started masturbing at the age of 15 and was only able to stop when I noticed I had damaged my nerves. I had damaged my joystick muscles and I tried hard to fix it. I bought a lot of herbal drugs but they did little to help my problem. I spent a whole lot of money trying to fix my sex life but it seems i was wasting money. It got to a point I wasn't having erection and that was when I started contemplating suicide.

When I came online I read about people complaining of the same problem with me then I know I wasn't alone and striked out the thought of suicide. I went to the Internet and I discovered kegel exercise and exercise itself that they help restore ones sex life. So I started exercising, doing the kegel and drinking lots of water and I bet i have noticed a much better difference in my joystick. I get erections even when I'm not thinking about sex. I can go 5-6 minutes round of sex now unlike when I wouldn't be able to last up to a minute and my joystick will refuse to get up again. After first round of sex it doesn't take long before my joystick gets erected again and I'm beginning to feel like a man again. I really want to thank God for this second chance because what makes a man a man is the thing between his legs. I know even if I have the whole money in the world I'd never be happy.

To those having this same problem please employ this same method as i did and stop masturbing. I'm not saying I have solved it 100% but there's improvement and it's making me more optimistic. God will surely see us through. Don't give up.

Hi everyone, good evening. i have been an adent member of this great forum for a long time now. Today i want to talk about how i was able to come out of masturbatio,i know that a lot of people have posted something like this before but i promised God that i was going to share my testimony here. Some time ago, i posted for help on how to quit masturbation and porn. Lot of people gave me their on advice but today i want to thank God for saving me from it. I started masturbation in 2005 when i was in jss3 and ever since then it has eaten deep into my life. I searched everywhere for help but to no avail. This thing was killing me slowly but nobody was noticing. It took away my happiness, self esteem, strength and in fact everything good in my life. In the beginning of 2014 i vowed not to indulge in it anymore but six months later i found myself in it again. To me it was as if i was the only one plagued with masturbation so in July 2015 i went online to look for help on how to quit ,there i saw people that had the same problem with me. Some have even been doing longer than myself. It was there i then i took the decision that i want to quit. I said i want to testify that i was able to come out of it and also use my testimony to show people that God can save one from whatever addiction one has. I told myself that whatever that has a beginning must surely have an end and that the end for my addiction have come. I prayed farvently and told God that i want to testify and help bring people out. From that time till now God has really helped me and i haven't indulged in it again. I stay alone almost all the time and the thought of masturbation has never crossed my mind. I have quite watching porn because i know that is the genesis of my problem.

I want to say to someone out there that is trying to quit his/her addiction that God can help you. With prayer and chastity you can come out of it. Ever since i stopped my addiction i have been able to gain my self esteem back, gain focus, strength and everything i lost is gradually coming back to me. The only problem is that my penis have degenerated to an alarming stage because i masturbated to a point where i no longer have to stimulate my penis before ejaculating, merely thinking about sex scenes or me sexing a girl I'd just cum on myself. Although i can still have an erection but the penis is very soft and looks weak. I don't know if anyone knows what i can do to get it back to how it was. I have tried kegel exercise, drank some herbal drugs, taken revive from Kedi health store but none has worked for me. My happiness is that i am done with masturbation and i can now focus on getting my life back.

If you've not told him before now, he might take it on you when you guys get home. For a girl to keep herself is not solely because of her husband but herselfworth.

Let me go straight 2 d point. Wen i was in jss3 one of my friend taught me how 2 masturbate because we were in a boarding school whch is 4 males only.
