Don't know if this is 100% joking. I'm going to assume it's not.
Anyway, if you're black and in the UK, you'd better stay there. Belgium is far less advanced when it comes to race relations, especially concerning emplyment opportunities. Things are changing quickly, but it'll probably take another 5 to 10 years before we reach the level of integration you have in the UK
