The difference between Nigeria and Foreign country is because of the way we are thinking, and it shows in our character, that is why African is lacking behind.

While Nigerian leaders were busy sharing our Billions for Propaganda and Spiritual Purposes, leaders in other climes are busy thinking and implementing things that will make life better for their people.

This is Water Bus in Scotland, it moves on water and drives on land. See the other photo..

The Water Bus has its own exit from water where it comes out and enter road like other vehicles. Waoh!

A similar water bus was used in Bayelsa in 2004/5. The only difference was that it didn't drive on land.
