jihday: Eguavoen said Amoo was too young that his time will come... he was on the bench against Ghana but didn't play... Nigerian coaches don't give young players who are still teenagers who shows potential a chance and the NFF doesn't encourage the coach to play them... 2 Likes |

Odunayaw: Hence the reason for my rejoinder about how we can go around it. I remember tagging you I am sure if the Executive arm invites infantino for a talk about this and he comes, and then we proceed to show him precedents of how our coaches are being owed salaries for months, he will agree to make an exception for Nigeria because it's obvious that NFF need strong hands. It seems they are accountable to no one For Nigerian football, it seems that EFCC and ICPC needs to interfere regularly. The reason these football administrators brazenly do this is because of FIFA's law. Let us start to make a scapegoat of one person |

Danielnino00:Its Eguavoen's own I remembered.. Just like Eguavoen, rohr could have said that due to the NFF telling him to do so... I don't think in the last 10 - 15 yerthe S.E has had teenage striker or wingers or midfielders or defender or goalkeeper who are are labelled wonderkids or very good for their age and good enough for the S.E and even if they are good enough they usually don't get invited... players like Alhassan Yussuf, Onyedika, Eletu ( in AC milan ).. are not usually invited.. |

charlesemeka85: I'm not hyping them.. SE needs to show the older players that there's a succession plan and that younger and more mobile players can replace them.. Younger players playing in Europe deserve game time in the S.E. Most of the current S.E players will be in their late 20s and mid 30s by the next world cup. 3 Likes 1 Share |

codemaniacs:oga chill, dem tell u say we Dey drag am with anybody? U don’t force a player to play for you. If his loyalty lies with Italy so be it. Eletu was born and groomed in Lagos before he got scouted by milan. Doing well for the youth team isn’t enough to attract a call up to the super eagles. He should start with the u20 team first of which he is amongst the names of European based players already pencilled down by the current u20 coach for a possible call up soon Tella hv been playing men’s football for over 3 seasons now and currently doing well on loan at burnley so giving him a trial in any of the friendlies won’t be bad. Same goes to Yusuf If care is not taken this eletu guy even Yusuf u re yet to watch them play |

charlesemeka85: If Bellingham or musiala were to be from Nigeria they won’t smell super eagles till they’re 25 football age and 30 real age For once make we take risk on youths Flush all them etebo, chukwueze, Dennis, ekong all the goalkeeper’s balogun almost all our current team down the drain |

typicalgamer:musiala and co are they playing youth team football? I hv nothing against blooding in young players to the currently super eagles but my point is that Eletu hv to first break into Milan’s first team to attract a call up to the super eagles Starting with the u20 isn’t bad and doing well in that stage will propel inclusion to the super eagles Youth team football is different to men’s football Yusuf and tella to me is a big yes but Eletu still hv a lot to do to be integrated to the super eagles set up No be because say em Dey do well for Milan’s primavera team go warrant a call up Obafemi martins tore the Italian primavera league to shreds with goals and superb performances in the colors of inter Milan but only got a chance in the super eagles immediately he was promoted to inter’s first team Chukwueze also did well with villarael’s youth team first and got promoted to the snr team before he got a look in to the super eagles |

typicalgamer:if you flush them out at once na u go come play abi? Leave this ur capping. I agree that certain players in the current super eagles set up needs to be eased out but that should not be swift if we don’t hv enough talents to replace them I agree that players like etebo and balogun needs to be dropped but u adding chukwueze to the list is uncalled for You can’t mention top 4 super eagles wingers doing well in top leagues in europe without mentioning chukwueze 4 Likes |
