The England friendly is not a do or die affair. Let’s meet England again at the WC proper. I would give Ndidi another match day rest and play him against Czech rather.

I concur with you. He should not be risked.

England might be overhyped but you can't downplay what they are Capable of doing to a tired Ederson.

Until then, lets wait and see, it's better to be ran down and out in a friendly than the worldcup proper.

I hope BOTH would be tested for 45 mins each since idowu is sure to be in Russia.

Currently Echiejile is ahead of Aina judging by the congo match.

Hopefully a merited LB joins Idowu to Russia

OMANBALA1:

Don't read too much into that post... He had to tell you your best strikers are not world class just to further remind you you have crappy players. He is forcing it , open your eyes ,bro. That dude do not care about Super Eagles and he will be so glad if England trounce Nigeria like 5-0.

They wil suffer in our hands and also against argentina except they decide to sitback.
Truidstar:
Modric, Rakitic, Kovacic, all playmakers for Croatia. When they are on the move bossing possession, they tend to drag the back 4 with them, hence a high line. When either of 3 afore mentioned players tries to pull a through pass to Perisic and the ball gets intercepted there is a huge hole in the midfield coupled with the slow recovery pace of the back 4, a counter attacking side will take them apart. Hope our video analyst is taking note.

Well, on paper, they can beat us. I mean, if they can draw with Germany, Brazil, and nearly beat Spain, they are definitely favored to beat us. So I think it's a big risk for him to make such a strong vow in a game we're more likely to lose than win cheesy

he didn't say they would lose to us, he just said, they will not beat us.

I wouldn't want us to lose the match nor draw the match because I want Tammy, Onomah and co to see Nigeria as a better choice.
Same thought too. We should win. They've probably watched the Argentina match and will try to be all over us. They're talking tough already. But we'll do above them.

do these people have players that are not in the EPL? This is an entire EPL team

This is actually one decision I would fault Rohr on. I mean, he couldn't even give the dude against DR Congo in meaningless friendly?? And he kept inviting him.. I mean, if he's that bad why keep inviting him? This Uche Agbo thing is a strange one, for real. I just can't wrap my head around that one.

Really! I hope the coach gets selection and formation right.

I would like to see Rohr's preferred goalkeeper, wing backs, wingers and striker.
