But I applied since in April and they were the ones that said their admission process is an ongoing process meaning you can apply anytime and still get your LOA after the stipulated 2months for admission processing with them. Hmmm...you wanna come as a Visitor then change to being a student. I don't think that works for a visitor anymore because as a Visitor in Canada, you would have to go back to Nigeria to apply for Study permit.

If you have US visa, you could go there to apply for the study permit though.

Hello house, please would it be better to the Vo if my secondary school stands as my sponsor(my dad is one of the board of governors) or the owner of the secondary school should be my sponsor (he's a family friend). Which would be better in the eye of the VO

You must pay your school fees and the sponsor's/school account must be buoyant and you must fund your account as well.

I paid my fees thru my dad's account, got refused visa (personal assets, no relationship with sponsor and insufficient funds) so I have defered my admission till January. I'm thinking of adding my dad's soa dis time around but it's has less Dan 3m as closing balance plus he's retired so no major source of income. I asked my main sponsor(family frnd) to make a financial commitment of 4m,he has sent 2m remaining 2m. Sponsor gave me his personal bank statement with closing balance of 320m and his company(secondary school) bank statement of 10m. I don't knw what else to do

I came through Frankfurt, he does not need a Schengen visa as long as he is in transit.

Sis, yours was a transit. Hers is a break in the trip so she would probably need a visa. Usually, if you don't have a visa for another country (that requires a visa from your country), you can not use that country as a DEPARTURE.

If hers is ONE straight ticket to Vancouver, she would select her seats at once.

Transit is different please oo. There is no break in your itinerary that's why it's called transit.

Sorry for the delay bro , you should link it online as already advised by michv to know the reasons for the refusal , however the common reason we face now is the insufficient funds , who was your sponsor ? , and did you finally make the tuition deposit which the school advised you to pay or forfeit your admission spot ?....

For personal assets, your Dad should bequeath one of his properties to you via court affidavit as a deed of gift and you attach the asset particulars and the affidavit of bequeathals' together in your application. Attach your school fees payment receipt and bank telex copy (if available), get a letter from your dad consenting that your sponsor will be sponsoring you (also your dad must conform with the reason why your sponsor will be sponsoring you and your sponsor must state why he is sponsoring you in a court affidavit and in his letter of sponsorship. Attach your sponsor's business/school registration certificate.
Then put forward an explanation letter answering the concerns raised by VO in an eloquent manner. When Jesus Christ says yes, nobody can say no.
