First stop all medication because grape fruit hardly interracts with some meds.all you need now is EPO and GRAPE juice(preferably natural fresh one,squeeze it yourself)

Start drinking one or two glasses dilluted well in water once or twice daily.you start a week to ovulation until you 'O' with a satisfactory ewcm.then for the EPO start the day AF begins and stop the day ovulation occurs.what we need is a sticky not slippery ewcm,this will hepl transport the sperm to desired destination.
Am wonderin if you ve detoxed,if not just stop all med for atleast 2day during which u drink plenty of water to help cleanse abit.
