It's highly competitive. Noone has any edge. It's a level playing field for everyone.

During my interview at AGDC, I was asked for my preferences with regard to the BAT Functions and I replied, stating Corporate Strategy & Planning (under Business Services) as my first choice and Finance as my second. However, when I got a call from Adecco/AGDC the following week requesting for those same preferences, my first choice was not listed, despite my objection, so I had to settle for an impromptu option, Operations.

Oyinjoke, it's simple going to measure competencies like decision making, leadership traits, problem solving, team building. As long as you didn't exaggerate on the initial application you filled, you'd be fine. All the best.
