India is the largest manufacturer of vaccines in the world. But all the manufacturers are private companies not govt owned entities. In Nigeria, we only need the government to provide stable electricity, water and guarantee security. The private sector can and will do the rest with good profits.

A state where they don't even know how many people died from malaria last year. I have facts and figures about Kogi, one of the most poorly managed states in Nigeria.
