1. Nigerian oil was captured by biafra and Nigeria took what belongs to her.

2. The coup was organized by an igbo man who killed tafawa and let his own kinsman Nnamdi Azikiwe alone. If the coup does not have a tribal underling, how come no igbo leaders were killed.

3. It is not genocide when the igbos massacre northern leaders and killed southern leaders but it genocide when a backlash happens on igbos.

You can not project the truth to me, your one sided and bias history is not the truth to me.
It's a waste teaching teaching some people

So the North problem has been the oil.

Maybe Nigerians who died during the civil war need some remembrance because it seems the so called remembrance seems to be one sided.

Those who value life want to remember their dead. What is your business with that??

Who is stopping you from doing your own remembrance. if you value life like we do, please honor your dead

To answer your question.

The political elite of the south east, do not want to leave Nigeria, but ipob terrorist group want to leave Nigeria with Nigeria's oil.

Most igbo will lose out if they leave Nigeria, the igbo business men and traders know that, they are the ones scattered all over Nigeria doing business.

Why are you so much bothered of them concerning what they'll lose or what the will gain? It's going to be their loss. Post civil war they lost everything and started afresh so let it be their cross to undergo the experience twice.

The political igbo elite out of fear and subjugation may be cowed into not speaking up or rather they don't understand the feelings of the ordinary igbo man on the street. Most of the igbo people agitating for a Biafran state only grew up noticing the marginalization and hatred going on.

How do you convince a young man whose 11 years old kid scored 250 in a common entrance examination but can't gain admission in a unity school but some kids are admitted from Sokoto with 10 score? How do you convince the father of that child who lives in enugu to travel to lagos or kano before he could board a flight out of Nigeria?

You think the igbo man will be happy with the skewed system?

1.Also why are they bothered about fulani and hausa people up north, to the extent that they blame them for their own problems.

2. There have never been a time igbo people have been marginalized in Nigeria rather The igbo people are the ones doing the marginalization, why are osu people discriminated and marginalized in igboland.

3. Nobody hate the igbo man but the igbo man keeps inciting violence and hate on other groups.

4. Stop spreading misinformation about the educational system, scores are lowered in the north because of the educational imbalance between south and north, if a northern wants to gain admission in a southern unity school, he has to meet the requirements of the school, also you need to know that because scores are lowered in the north, many southerners use that opportunity to gain admission into their schools.

5. It is not marginalization if an enugu man has to travel to lagos to enter a plane, lagos is the economic city of Nigeria and also receives the bulk of flight in Nigeria because of its location and population, so it will be less profitable for airlines and also the government to place an international airport in a location with less traffic, also it will be more expensive, if airlines have to transport to enugu, at the end of the day, you will still complain of marginalization because the ticket bought in lagos is more cheaper than the ticket bought in enugu.

6. The major tribes which includes the igbo are benefiting from the skewed system.

Stop exaggerating events.

The igbos started the war, they killed northern and southern leaders and a backclash happened in the north.

The event led to the igbo saying they want a break up, Nigeria didn't agree and went to cease oil fields in port Harcourt.

This resulted in the declaration of war on Nigeria by ojukwu.
So, what wrong did the Igbos do in 1945 and 1953 that resulted in their deaths in the north even before independence? Was that also a response to a coup by them?

There was no Nigeria in 1945 and 1953.

And no igbo in the north.

So if there war then women and children should be targeted? That's cowardice!

The starvation was carried out by ojukwu himself. If there was no war, there won't be starvation

In port Harcourt.

The invasion of port Harcourt by biafra troops.
And port Harcourt was a Nigerian territory or Biafran as of then?
Re: There Was Never A Igbo Genocide During The Civil War by DMerciful(m): 10:05pm On May 30, 2021
Use your brain, they blocked import of food to Biafra. Biafra wasn't asking Nigeria for food
GOATandYAMtheory:
starvation you call it? It means you guys were never ready for the war. How do you expect the country you are at war with to provide you with food? grin
They could have provided you with poisoned food which would have been worse..

Mumu people always beating the drums of war without any plan/strategy
