M& E is Mechanical and Electrical, the drawings will include where wiring and plumbing will be located, fittings and connecting points.

How much money do you think will take Ogbefi_007's plan to decking level? Spyder?

Also, will the entire building fit into 1 plot of land, will there be any space left? If not, what's the minimum number of plots required? Ogbefi_007, how many plots do you plan to build on?

To answer your question, the land is 100 by 100 so u see that I still have enuf space for future use! As to the other question how much it will cost me to get to decking, I will leave that to Spyder, fehmmmy and other dons to answer! My day will be made if I get a rough estimate as a guide!
