You know first thing about having unbiased perspective is to look at both sides.

- Because NATO has an open policy for any European country to join the Alliance. It first started from the PPP which provided aid to Warsaw Pact countries in order to lead Europe economic recovery.

- Because like any organisation, it's on the perogative of the members to decide who joins and who doesn't. I don't know how that simple fact is so hard for you people to understand.
Like is it every association you can join? Does that mean those ones that you can't wants to kill you?
