@ All, is like Amos 5 is going to be very promising to us, even our local tv station ''CHANNELS" is now on the same satellite though on C band.

@Sophie: No worry body. D only tin wey fit happen for Amos and W3c 16E na say Animaux and AB3 dem go scramble am. For the rest, abi shure say notin go happen. May be when dat static telephone porn station kom get movies, dose ones too go waka. CRTV Cameroon don already vamoose as I don notice. Infact, apart from Wasaman wey dey show some heavy actions, d rest na normal tins. No shaking!!!

etcwest: @ All i have a wiz-tech 8888 USB HD PVR, i have searched the net on information concerning its function. on its menu it has WLAN and when you press it says no wireless device was found, and also when you press the green button on remote it says CCCAM initializing but cant find where to put the setting for CCCAM. please is any one has information on this receiver kindly help

I dont think wiz-tech 8888 is the best decoder for CCCAM.However, try Strong 4930 HD and you will not go wrong.

Its high time people stopped worrying about SCRAMBLED channels anymore.This is 2012 and not 2002 when we used to run around with SABC / Etv Hex Codes...NO..As for the church channels, I would trade Mnet ot MBC Action for 3ABN or Hope channels.I enjoy these 2 religious channels and would dp anything to watch them.

Please i need all your professional advice .i have 2 90cm dish one for the Dstv free station and other for MBC Africa as in Mauritius and when i discovered that AB7 just launched their satellite i taught this will be more interesting so i turned my MBC dish to AB7 while arriadia and the likes were showing and all of a sudden now it is becoming bore and bore everyday so now am thinking of changing to better one where at least someone would be able to watch live epl,spanish ,serie A and german league.Please which better one is good to invest on now i meaning paying my installer for his service mind you i have Multi Tv too on 60cm and it also becoming bore.maybe epl season as not started.How about this coming Olympic?Sir what about TVM? is it a promising one.......

by now , apart from cctvs, Oh tv & Ebtv dstv position w4 is practically useless to sacrifice a whole dish for fta ( xcept when bb is free) because every other available stations there are on w3c @ 16east + amos5 on 17east...
Your surest combination should be.
Multi tv, w3a & w3c+amos5,,,,,,,,,,,
with d above, you are good to go, or does anyone agree less?

effecient percentage wise?
qestion for u if u cover my holes with foil or cover my whole mesh dish will i get enough for ku band 2.3m mesh trying for 1.5 who would help with detialed instructions to help motorized it can supply pics?

DCLM channel is located @ intelsat 17 @66'e TP 11175V or H 01993. D channel is only when prog. Is on. No more 24/7.

what i wanted to know to be precise is how long does it normally take to arive at is staitonary orbit.

My day's work.I have managed to fix the 1.8m ku offset dish with a Fuji lnb at Eutelsat 16A and signal quality was hitting 98% on most TPs.Am gonna move it to try Yahsat 1A next weekend
