house pls help me,i try to retrack hotbird 13e today from my present nilesat 7w.i was able to track w3a 7e and eutelsat 16e,try to dance in btw but i was unable to nail d bird with my 3metre fibre dish.pls which tp is d best to track now, then it was fun tv tp,is there any other reference point better than 7e and 16east?

Lnb position matters a lot.

13east_hotbird is at right of 16east_eutelsat when you stand at the back of your dish...16east should be the best ref point..as both sat is only 3degree close to each other...and at least 16east has sub-sahara africa beam...

Yes the 3.6m is performing,on badr mbc is 70 percent ,jsc sports is 81 percent,fox is 75percent.on nilesat cnn is 70 percent bbc is 64,jsc sports is 64 while mbc is 60 percent.yahsat starmovie HD is 60 mbc HD is 69 percent.hispasat fox sport HD is 60,canal+ 58 percent,natgeo channel 58 and more.

Please help. I have 1.8m c band am in niger state . My dish is set to nilsat. Its showing +jsc spot 1 to 5 and 9, 10. But its not showing +jsc sport 6,7,8 and jsc 1&2. And using a Super primium hd Universal Ku Band Lmb on it. Please what can do to get those omited channels. Thanks in advance

There are many things you can do. 1- check your dish alignment. 2- check the lnb position ie make sure it is parallel to the dish or centered to the dish. 3- check the lnb skew. 4- make sure the lnb is at the focal length of the dish. 5- are you using the right lnb?

Am using echosat 0.1db quad.the type chief butoneday uses on his 5m dish.it is unfortunate it is no longer in ph don't know about other states.in the market you will see one fake echosat digital

Please upgrade you will not regret it.my 3.6m pan as compared to one 4m fibre I tracked nilesat with is same signal quality.who said pan is not better plus durability depending on the person constructing it.

Maybe I'll just switch to pan. That my 3m fiber didn't serve me well at all.

Who knows if the 4m will go the same way?
