Desolation or Fecund: Supreme Court to Choose for Nigeria

Enough has been said of the coming bonanza. Of the messianic value of the invention of the Anti-Corrosive Special Paint to Mobil Producing Nig Unlimited, to Nigerians and Nigeria. The benefits of this invention cannot be over-emphasized.

Building of 155 cottage industries nationwide, Building of 40 refineries throughout Nigeria, building of world class universities and upgrading of all universities across the nation, setting up of research institutes with adequate funding of all available research institutes, stable electricity, provision of motor able roads nationwide, provision of social amenities, a social security scheme that’ll put an end to abject poverty and many more

Though the legal tussle over a decade had casted shadows over the entity, we pray the light comes in the morning.
Before the trial of Jesus Christ were two basic group of people. The believers and non-believers. The people of Israel chose the wrong man. Who did they choose? A murderer, a thief, a lie and a criminal. And this choice sealed their desolation.

Jesus was brought to face judgment before Annas, Caiaphas, Pilate, Herod, Pilate for a second time, and finally when Pilate brought Jesus before the people and pronounced to them that he found no basis for judging Jesus, the high priests rejected the messiah and passed judgment on him. And Pilate, bowing to political pressure from the high priests, sentenced Jesus, a man whom he had just pronounced unworthy of death or any punishment, to death by crucifixion.

We are at it again. Our messianic invention and patent right has excelled in the school of thought, has passed the test of time, and survived in the face of adversities. Adversities such as the non-believers, the Satanic Advocates of Nigeria, the corrupt, lazy and ignorant judges, the cads and scoundrels of the press, politicians and security operatives.

The Non-believers have a notion that nothing good can come out of Nigeria. The Satanic Advocates represents the unrepentant criminal. The corrupt, lazy and ignorant judges like “Injustice Gladys Olotu” of the Federal High Court receives bribes to pervert justice, rule in ignorance and adjourn cases due to laziness. The scoundrel of the press seeks bulky brown envelops to publish articles, cover or report events. Politicians influence and manipulates to enrich their purses while the security operatives are puppets in the hands of the oppressors.

From the Trial Court up to the Supreme Court at the interlocutory judgment, the respective courts ruled in favor of the Invention/Patent right of Comandclem Nig. Ltd. Comandclem owns the invention and should get royalties. It is not against policy to get the royalties, the case is not statute barred. And as Jesus faced Pilate twice, we are at the Supreme Court again for the second time over the same issues. Will the Judges choose a criminal, thief and liar in the name of Mobil producing Nig. Unlimited over the Messianic Right of Comandclem Nig Ltd? Will the Supreme Court cause Nigeria desolation or Fecund. Only time will tell.

However, we hope the Commitment of Mother Integrity Justice Aloma Muktar is enough to eradicate corruption in the judiciary.

Please we need updates...very soon, there will be recess and all we'll hear is the case has been adjourned till next year...this is what happens every year....

Na like this we go dey dey?
Re: Comandclem Registered Patentees Assembly by oluwoleadepoju: 12:35am On Jul 02, 2013
It was celebration galore with unspeakable joy for Mobil at Quaiboe Terminal, Eket in Akwa Ibom State formerly part of Cross River State on 30/06/1980 when the inventor of anti-corrosive special paint–Prof. C.J.A Uwemedimo of Comandclem Nigeria Limited collected 4 litres sample of the paint from IPWA tested and put to use the successful manufacture of the invention of the anti-corrosive special paint for QIT formerly called Mobil Special Transteel Blue, White, Snow White, Enamel oil Q.A.D in the presence of Messrs Harry Hawkins, E.W. Walker and Tom Lafferty (all whites) others include Itrichio Archibong (Mobil’s accountant), Dr. Gbim, Mr. Esi, Mr. Okonwo Oju and Mr. Nwa (all blacks).
The inventor also tutored them how to use the product which Mobil officials applauded with excitement on sighting the perfect effect on their facilities.
This relish propelled Harry Hawkins to reiterate and reaffirm their oral agreement to pay him $2 on each petroleum product contingent upon his finding solution to their age long problem as initially discussed in their first meeting on May 8, 1980 and promised to back it up with a letter, but veered up till today.
Mobil on July 1, 1980 in line with their oral agreement issued a Purchase Order No. QI.22498 for the supply of 75 gallons of the anti-corrosive special paint and also granted the inventors the status of a SOLE SUPPLIER.
On July 2, 1980 exactly 33 years today Mr. Harry Hawkins of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited by a letter placed an order for the supply of 75 gallons of the invented paint. If Mobil actually commissioned the inventor should they have requested him to supply and eventually made him a SOLE SUPPLIER? The judges are left with the answer to supply.
This step by step analysis of the invention backed with dates is more than a faint flicker that the inventor is not operating on artificial platform. If Mike Ozakhome and co are intelligent they should have advised their client to back out neither should corruptible judge like Gladys Olotu have supported fraudulent Mobil.
Unfortunately corruption has eaten deep into the fabrics of Nigeria system that money can go a long way to halt justice. Since the CJN is hell bent to put things right going by her statement: “IT IS SAD THAT THE ORDINARY MAN ON THE STREET NOW THINKS AND FEELS THAT HE WILL NOT GET JUSTICE, AND THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION WE FIND OURSELVES IN. I WILL ENSURE THIS PERCEPTION IS CHANGED.” We hope justice will prevail in this age long legal tussle.

I think the unthinkable is now happening. Few days ago, i just passed at the road (M/M highway) where 'comandclem' used to have thier Calabar branch office and all of the sudden, the building had been vacated completely and the entrance gate well-padlocked leaving behind overgrown grasses by them while a very wide and bolded notice board was put at the entrance advertising for prospective individuals or firms to come in for LETTING. Now the question is, did comandclem vacate the place to another place or it's been folded up? Were they being thrown out as a result of thier failure to comply with rents accordingly?

Let's know our stand pls.

We shall attend to the questions of Miss Memshima Winifred Nambatv and Mr. SHAMSIDEEN AREMU because their questions will put an end to rumors being circulated around. The followings are the questions.

When payment commences, will it be done through existing banks or through Comandclem Banks that are not even built yet?

(B) SHAMSIDEEN AREMU from Lagos, Nigeria

(1) Why are you telling us stories that our investment with Comandclem Nigeria Limited is safe and you are not taking massive action against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited in order to get the royalties fast from them?

(2) How can we believe what you are telling us?

(3) Do you want us to die before you take action against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited?

RESPONDS TO THE QUESTIONS

In respond to the questions of CCNL Patentees - Mr. Shamsideen Aremu and Miss. Memshima Winifred Nambativ on our facebook page-www.facebook.com/ComandclemNigeriaLimited , the following approach are adopted to provide in-depth answers to those questions in our next publication almost ready to be published. As soon as the entire publication is ready, it shall be made available for public consumption on our facebook page- www.facebook.com/ComandclemNigeriaLimited , CCNL official forums - www.comandclemonline.com/forum and www.comandclem.org/forum. Thanks for your understanding.

Content
(1) Reasons Why CCNL Patentees Should Not Express Any Fear And Even Invest More In The Patent Right RP:13522
According to Warren Buffet, he said and I quote.

I will tell you how to become rich. Close the doors. Be fearful when others are greedy. Be greedy when others are fearful. At this level of the case, potential or existing CCNL Patentees should be greedy to invest in the intellectual property of Comandclem Nigeria Limited – RP:13522. This is not only because of the facts that Investment In Knowledge Pays The Best Interest but also The Principles Of Pleadings, Doctrine Of Stare Decises, And Principles Of Ratio Decidendi are favourable to Comandclem Nigeria Limited in the suit number SC./69/2011. ………………………………………….. To be continued

(2) Reasons Why Your Investment In Comandclem Nigeria Limited Is Saved And Secured

When I read through this question, I was very happy in the sense that the question gives me wide ranges of opportunities to demonstrate before you the cogent reasons why you should invest more and upgrade your investment in CCNL from a Patentee to a Noble, even a Knight, if possible. My vast Accountancy and Legal knowledge in the financial world most especially patent-rights investments exhibited ostensibly that no investor complains of financial crises when invested in company dealing in perfectly inelastic commodities. Your investment in patent-right is not only saved but also risk-free. In this type of investment, your money works for you. Yes! I mean it. ………………………………………….. To be continued

(3) The Purpose Of Appeal In The Supreme Court
I need to re-emphasize that the Management of Comandclem Nigeria Limited headed by King Professor CJA Uwemedimoh has appealed the above verdict delivered by Honourable Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs in the Supreme Court of Nigeria with suit number SC/69/2011. CCNL filed appeal in the Supreme Court of Nigeria to correct some fundamental errors in the verdicts of the Federal Court Of Appeal Calabar Judicial Division. ………………………………………….. To be continued

(4) Evidence Of Continuous Infringement On The Patent Right RP: 13522 By Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited

On 9th of May, 2007, Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited filed an Amended Statement Defense in respond to the Amended Statement of Claim filed by Comandclem Nigeria Limited on 20th of November, 2001.The Management of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited pleaded and admitted as follows ………………………………………….. To be continued

(5) How Honourable Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs
Erred In Law

"The law is trite that an appellate Court cannot go outside the records of appeal in search of evidence favourable to any of the parties. Like pleadings which bind parties at the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, as appellate Courts, are clearly bound by the records of appeal.
PER: MOHAMMED, J.S.C. (P.10) (Suit No: SC.61/2009)
………………………………………….. To be continued

(6) Parts Of The Rulings Unfavourable To CCNL- now being contested in The Supreme Court of Nigeria by CCNL

The Case of CCNL Is Statute Barred Including Paragraph 29 (iii), (iv), (v) and (viii)

Honourable Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs said and I quote

-As at the time the Court of Appeal (Justice Chukwuma-Eneh) ruled that the claims in paragraph 29 (iii), (iv), (v) and (viii) of the Amended Statement of Claim were not affected by the limitation law, there was no consideration of the evidence to be adduced. ………………………………………….. To be continued

Dear patentees, Am begining to suspect that all is not well with Comandclem. Pastor Salami one of the senior managers of Comandclem is dismissed from the company. I got this message from him.
"Am no longer in CCNL coz i refused RV Soyemi,Ayeni,Baba Soja 2 produce I.D, dey ganged wit Ajamu,Kehinde & Sunday,in colectn of dismisal leta witout my consent.
Please fellow patentees is time we ask qustions.
- What exactly is happening within the management of this company?
- Don't you think this people are looking for ways of making money from patentees for their personal gratifications, since is becoming difficult for them to get any from Mobil?
- Who exactly is this Yusuf Akure that have be deceiving people with old and irrerevant information?
- How long can we still wait for this matter to be resolved?

I was at the Ojuelegba branch for the "crucial meeting of stakeholders", the meeting was for those who registered as sir/lady and above. To my surprise, these people are still seeking for funds from people after the one we invested haven't yielded anything. I was very angry and left the place. I think it's time to ask serious questions...for how long are we going to continue waiting......
