Lagos was federal capital until it was abandoned to the Yoruba in 1993 after the June 12 election annulment and your oso Abiola campaign.

Many of you and your relatives were trooping out of Lagos State to your states. You left our state because you thought it was over for us.

We toiled extremely hard to overcome the adversities, filth, bomb blasts, OPC/Hausa wars, bar beach flooding, state-sponsored assassination of Yoruba leaders etc and we voted Asiwaju Tinubu to lead the recovery of our state.
