How about Dangote crashing the price of cement, NNPC crashing the price of petroleum products and CBN crashing the overly high exchange rate?
Why not start with these and see if everything else will not follow?

Super stupid decision. The big liar called president said tax and any other fee will be removed from certain imported food item thus creating more supply which will naturally crash prices of goods. They never removed the tax and all. Now even a baby knows that the best bet is for each state to set a price control system. But hell no our leaders wish to kill us all.

Ask your master to crash the price of fuel and export duty first and stop witch-hunting the market people, stop pretending like you don't the where the problem is or because your name is Tunde or Tunji

So are are we in free market?
MrRichmond:
terrible socialist move.

Demand and supply control prices in a free market, not government.

What this will do will just force manufacturers to cut corners on their products to meet FG "regulated" price.

Apart from free market, what other market do we have?
Government cant control prices? But the policies of government affect prices. So what are you saying?
MrRichmond:

You have no idea how a free market works, right?

The government has no business trying to control the prices of goods, it will only back fire as manufacturers cut corners to meet FG demands.
