Anyway, I had a baby girl yesterday but God knows best. We lost her.
We lost my big baby girl. I had her normally. I heard her heartbeat 5 mins before she came out blue......

It's all good. God knows best...

I myself have not been given the list yet but i know I'll get it before the baby is due.

I'm a ftm o. I was doing kegel exercise at pregnancy. Though no tear but the two labia swelled after delivery. For a week I soaked soft towel inside hot water, placed it in between vj and tightened. Blood stopped exactly a week. When you massage tummy everyday morning and night, thick blood will evacuate. It helps in quick recovery. By 2nd week, I was ready to go

Hello mama get scent leaves as advice, wash well drain the water, take like 8-10 leave add a little salt roll it round on your Palm once the leaves becomes soft a bit roll it and insert into the anus, one part in the anus the remaining outside no push all inside grin

, do it preferably in the night and remove the next morning. Dat bullet go disappear sharparly pain inclusive. Do this for like 3-4 night in a roll. Also reduce your medemede intake.

Them say no be the purging cause am oh... It actually started like 2weeks ago, but it was very mild, so I ignored it...
Doctor said it's a result of the pressure of the baby on some anal nerves or something...

Let me help my friend ask a question since I'm here now.. Mamas, a friend is 7weeks gone and down with malaria. Doctor gave her coartem..and she's on augmentin for UTI.
She's scared... Is the coartem safe for her? Will coartem plus augmentin not be too strong for her? I say make I put my own problem aside and help a friend.. Let God help me with mine too.
