this is why an assist cops 3 points on fantasy and a goal cops 4 points, there are no points given to fouls won, throw-in won or the number of goal-line clearances won. an assist is a pass that directly leads to a goal. without the assist, there's no goal. how you can compare that to foul won or throw-in won openly shows you lack any decorum in a rational discourse.....

we don't expect him to win it every season, but scoring 5 league goals in a season on 2 occasions for a lead striker at chelsea is a massive disgrace. you won't find rooney scoring less than 10 goals whether he plays as a midfielder or in the defence. there are problems in chelsea beyond torres.....if you cannot see that then you are a tool! torres has scored more goals this season than drogba did in his first 2 seasons.
